Lightning Dagger is a Sovereign (Djinn)-only Unit Equipment in Anime Expeditions. Get it by buying a Summer Portal from Events > Tidal Siege > Shop, clearing portals up to Tier 5, and farming that tier. The current obtainment panel lists a 2% Chance and 50 Pity. Shop prices and event availability are live values, so check your game before spending Gems. Use the Tidal Siege event route if you need the event's other menu options before starting.
How to get the Lightning Dagger
Start from the lobby's Events menu:

Open Events. From the lobby, open the Events menu.
Choose Tidal Siege. Select the event panel to reveal its buttons.
Open the Shop. Select Shop to reach the Summer Shop.
Buy a Tier 1 Summer Portal. The shown shop screen lists
Buy 1,000beside the blue Gem icon. Treat the amount, currency, stock, and event timer as live values.
Clear the portal tiers. Complete the highest available Summer Portal, then move up through the unlocked tiers.
Farm Tier 5. Run Summer Portal (Tier 5) for Lightning Dagger attempts. Its obtainment panel is the best place to confirm the chance and pity rules currently shown.

Tier 1 gets you onto the route, but it is not the dagger's listed drop tier. If Tier 5 is locked, keep clearing the highest tier available until it opens.
How to use the Lightning Dagger
Lightning Dagger can be equipped only on Sovereign (Djinn). The tooltip labels it as Unit Equipment for that unit. If the unit-equipment slot is locked, check Sovereign (Djinn)'s current unit or evolution requirement in your game rather than guessing.
The item has two random stat lines and one fixed passive:

| Part | Effect |
|---|---|
| Damage roll | +1% to +5% Damage |
| Range roll | +1% to +10% Range |
| Djinn's Judgment | Triggers every 7 seconds on the strongest enemy in range. The main strike deals 100% of current damage, then chains to five enemies for 25% of current damage per chain and applies Freeze to each chain. |
Use Equipment Rerolls to change the two random lines. An Equipment Lock protects a line while you reroll the other. Use Anime Expeditions stat reroll when deciding how to spend Rerolls and Locks.
Keep a better Damage line when Sovereign already reaches the lane you need. Prioritise Range when placement leaves targets outside attack reach. Place the unit so its first target is within range: Djinn's Judgment starts there, and even a clean chain cannot rescue a missed opening target.
