Water Sage (Founder) is currently tied to the Tower in Anime Expeditions, so don't spend Gems looking for it in a banner. While the Season 2 reward is active, clear Floor 50 on Crimson Shore and look for Water Sage (Founder) x1 on the victory screen. Tower rewards can rotate, so read the active reward panel before you commit to the climb and make sure those labels match.
How to get Water Sage (Founder) in Anime Expeditions
While it is active, the route is Tower Season 2 Floor 50 on Crimson Shore. Complete the floor, read the victory payout, and then match the granted unit to the Water Sage (Founder) card in your Units inventory. The reward is seasonal, so check the active Tower panel before you start; no end date is shown here.
Anime Expeditions Tower Season 2 Floor 50 requirements
There is no confirmed level gate, currency, item, NPC, quest, team composition, leaderboard cutoff, or entry fee for this route. If the live Tower panel shows an entry requirement when you open it, follow that requirement before starting.
Use this order:
- Open the Tower in Anime Expeditions and select the Season 2 reward track for Water Sage. Choose Floor 50 on Crimson Shore.
- Complete all 15 waves on the floor. Abomination appears on Wave 15, so clearing that final encounter completes the run.
- Let the victory screen load and read the payout. You're looking for
Water Sage (Founder) x1alongside the other floor rewards.
How the Water Sage Floor 50 reward is granted
The victory screen is the clearest sign that the run paid out the unit. It should be labeled Tower Floor 50 - Crimson Shore and list Water Sage (Founder) x1; the reward is granted automatically with the floor payout. After you leave the result screen, open Units and search for the exact Founder name rather than relying on a preview card.
A result with another map or without the Water Sage payout does not confirm this unlock. In that case, check the game's current obtainment panel before trying a different mode or looking for a separate claim step.
Is Water Sage in the Standard summon or Tower leaderboard?
You may see Normal Tower Floor 50, a separate Traitless Tower Floor 50, or a top-50 Tower leaderboard finish listed as alternatives. One update table also places Water Sage in the Standard summon, but the current reward screen supports the Crimson Shore Floor 50 route. If the live panel shows a different route, follow that panel instead.
For now, follow the Tower payout shown above. Don't spend Gems on a Standard summon or chase a top-50 placement based only on those claims. If the game later shows another obtainment method, use that in-game panel as the new instruction.
Water Sage (Founder) identity and reward tags
After the reward is granted, match these card details:
| Card detail | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | Water Sage (Founder) |
| Type | Exclusive Unit |
| Elements | Hydro and Physical |
| Placement limit | 3 |
The card may also show Traitless Tower Season 2 Leaderboard Reward. Treat that as a displayed label, not proof of a separate Normal/Traitless clear or a leaderboard placement requirement.
What to check if Water Sage is missing after Floor 50
If Water Sage doesn't appear, start with the payout rather than repeating the entire climb:
- If the victory list includes
Water Sage (Founder) x1but a Units search finds nothing, search the exact name again and compare the result with the identifiers above. - If the victory list shows another map or reward, that clear did not confirm this unlock. Reopen the obtainment panel and check which season, map, and floor are attached before trying another mode.
- If the Tower panel shows an entry requirement you didn't meet, follow it before running Floor 50 again.
The unit should arrive automatically with the floor payout, so only look for a separate claim control if the game explicitly shows one.
