Liberty City Stories uses the same city as GTA III but fills it with a broader, more mobile roster: delivery scooters, rare gang cars, mission aircraft, and the vehicles that make the island-by-island completion route work.

The LCS arsenal bridges Vice City's compact weapon set and the heavier combat tools of the later 3D-era games. The practical route runs from early pickups and Ammu-Nation purchases to Phil's heavy weapons and safehouse rewards.

Toni's route begins with a quiet return to Portland and expands through every island as the Leone family, rival gangs, politicians, and media figures pull him into a wider power struggle. The mission table keeps that progression readable without pretending every strand is permanently linear.
