Harvest Melon is a Divine crop from Harvest Moon Part 3 in Roblox Grow a Garden. Unlock its Moon Crafting recipe by summoning Harvest Moon 16 times, then craft the seed with five ingredients. One planted Harvest Melon can regrow after you collect its fruit.

Unlock Moon Crafting by summoning Harvest Moon 16 times

Harvest Moon starts at the central event platform. Place fruits on its ten pedestals to summon the weather event. Moonbeam fruits from the event can be sold for Moon Coins, which help pay for Moon Crafting.
Each Harvest Moon window lasts ten minutes, followed by a ten-minute cooldown. Repeat the summon loop until you reach 16 summons. The separate 15-summon achievement is not the Harvest Melon unlock, so give it one more round if the recipe is still locked.
The Grow a Garden Crafting Recipes Guide explains the wider crafting loop if you are still learning where recipe stations fit.
Use these ingredients to craft Harvest Melon Seed

After the 16th Harvest Moon summon, the Harvest Melon recipe becomes available in Moon Crafting. Gather these five ingredients:
- 1 Watermelon Seed
- 1 Fennel Seed
- 1 Crimson Thorn Seed
- 1 Moon Chest
- 1,000 Moon Coins
Moon Crafting takes two hours to finish Harvest Melon Seed and handles one item at a time. Start the craft once all five ingredients are ready, then let the timer run while you work on another garden task.
If you are weighing Moon Coins against other event rewards, the Grow a Garden Moon Egg pets guide covers the separate Moon Egg path.
Harvest Melon is a Divine multi-harvest crop

Plant the finished seed in your garden and wait for the Harvest Melon to grow. It is a multi-harvest crop, so collecting its fruit does not end the plant's run. The plant can regrow fruit for another harvest, which makes one crafted seed much more useful than a single pickup.
Leave the plant in place after harvesting if you want it to produce again. You can always add another seed later, but you do not need to treat every harvest like a one-and-done melon.
