If the Roblox captcha sends you back to another puzzle after you solve it correctly, you are probably not failing the test. The check is losing or rejecting the proof that you passed.
Blocked cookies, a privacy extension, or a connection that looks unusual can cause the loop. Start with the fastest fixes below. The loop alone does not mean your account is banned or hacked.

Why the Roblox captcha keeps repeating
Roblox loads parts of its security check from Arkose Labs. Roblox says .arkoselabs.com and .funcaptcha.com must be allowed when a captcha fails to load or verify. Cookies also need to work so the site can remember that you passed.
Ad blockers and privacy extensions can interrupt those domains or remove the verification cookie. Old Roblox site data can cause the same problem.
The other common cause is the connection itself. Player reports show that VPN addresses and shared school or work networks can trigger repeated checks because many people appear under one public IP address. A temporary problem with the captcha service can also leave every correct answer stuck in a loop.
How to break the captcha loop
Work through these fixes in order. Stop as soon as Roblox accepts the login.
1. Log in from the Roblox home page
Some players have escaped a looping dedicated login screen by starting from the home page instead. This is a reported workaround, not an official guarantee.
- Close the tab with the repeating captcha.
- Open roblox.com.
- Use the Log In button on that page.
- Complete the security check once.
2. Switch between the Roblox website and app
The website and installed Roblox app use different login sessions. Players have reported that switching surfaces can get around a captcha state that is broken in only one of them.
Try the installed Roblox app if the website loops. If the app loops, try the official website. Roblox still launches experiences in the installed app, not inside the browser.
If another phone, tablet, or computer is already signed in, use Roblox's Quick Log In option and follow the code shown on the new device. It is the safest way to sign in without solving another puzzle.
3. Enable cookies and clear Roblox site data
Roblox officially recommends clearing browser cache and cookies for website problems. Clear Roblox's stored data first so you do not sign out of every site in your browser.

- Confirm that cookies are allowed for Roblox.
- Find stored data for

- Restart the browser and sign in again.
If your browser cannot remove data for one site, clear its cache and cookies through the normal privacy settings.
4. Turn off blockers for the captcha domains
Roblox says the captcha needs .arkoselabs.com and .funcaptcha.com. An ad blocker, script blocker, DNS filter, antivirus web shield, or strict privacy extension can stop those domains from working.
- Temporarily disable browser extensions.

- Re-enable extensions one at a time after login to find the one that breaks it.
Do not leave all protection disabled. Keep the working extension and add only the narrow site exception it needs.
5. Turn off your VPN
A VPN puts many users behind the same public address, which can make a login look unusual. Disconnect it, return to your normal connection, then reopen Roblox and try again.
Do not install a VPN to solve the loop. That usually adds another shared address and can trigger more checks.
6. Try a clean browser session
A private window or a different up-to-date browser gives Roblox a separate cookie state. It also helps confirm whether your usual browser settings caused the loop.
- Open a private or incognito window.
- Check that your extensions are not allowed in that window.
- Go directly to roblox.com and sign in.
- If it still loops, repeat the test in another browser with no added extensions.
7. Switch to a different network
A shared school or work connection can make many players look like one user. Player reports suggest that changing networks can clear a connection-based loop.
Turn off wifi and try mobile data or a personal hotspot. At home, you can also restart the router before trying again. Avoid public proxies and shared VPN servers.
8. Check your device's date and time
Roblox officially lists an inaccurate computer clock as a cause of captcha verification trouble. Security tokens can fail when your device time does not match the service.
Open the date and time settings on your device, enable automatic time and time zone, then restart the browser.
If the captcha still will not pass
Stop repeating the puzzle for a while. Players have reported getting back in after waiting several hours when the connection flag or captcha service cleared on its own.
Test once more on another device and another network. If the loop follows you everywhere, send the details to Roblox Support, including the device, browser, network type, and exact message you see.
Reset your password only if the captcha finally passes but Roblox still rejects the correct login. A password reset does not repair a captcha that never completes.
