Where Bear? is a limited-time Halloween minigame in Adopt Me, played in a sub-station lab inside the Haunted Manor. Each player takes on one of three roles, and every role has its own goal. Everyone collects Candy Corn along the way, so knowing what each role is after will help you decide when to grab it and when to lay low.
| Role | Goal | Key move |
|---|---|---|
| Bear | Take down all Survivors | Stay hidden from Hunters |
| Hunter | Protect Survivors | Capture Bears with a Netzooka |
| Survivor | Avoid the Bear and survive | Lead Bears toward Hunters |
How to Reach the Where Bear? Lab in the Haunted Manor
You'll reach the Lab in three steps, all inside the Haunted Manor:
- Enter the Haunted Manor.
- Take the room to the left.
- Use the door opposite Count Slothula.
Count Slothula makes a useful landmark, so find the character first, then look for the door on the opposite side of the room. If the door isn't where you expect, go back to Count Slothula and start the route again.

Staying Alive as a Survivor While Collecting Candy Corn
Candy Corn is worth grabbing, but a pickup in the open can draw you toward a player you'd rather avoid. Grab it when no Bear is close, and keep moving instead of standing still to collect.

When a Bear gets close, head toward a Hunter rather than running in whichever direction is open. Hunters are the ones who capture Bears, so drawing the Bear into their reach gives them a chance to do their job.
Using the Netzooka to Protect Survivors as a Hunter
The Netzooka is what lets a Hunter stop a Bear, so keep it ready and stay close enough to the group to respond when a Bear comes near. A Hunter who wanders far off can't help much when a Survivor needs it.
A Bear can defeat a Hunter too. When that happens, the Hunter drops the Netzooka, and any Survivor who picks it up becomes a Hunter. If one lands near you, going for it is a quick way to take on the Hunter role, so keep an eye on the ground after a fight.
Playing the Bear While Staying Hidden From Hunters
Hunters are the Bear's main concern, since they're the players who can capture it with a Netzooka. Before you go after a Survivor, check where the Hunters are and try to keep some distance between you and them.
Survivors may lead you toward a Hunter on purpose, so when one seems to be guiding you somewhere, think about where that path ends before you follow it.
