Slayers 2 has eight potion entries, but you won't collect them from one menu. Health Potion comes from early quest and loot rewards, Rika sells the two basic regeneration potions in Windy Peak, Alchemist Meku handles the elixirs in Mistfall Harbor, and Muzan's Blood is the reward for a separate Demon quest. This guide maps the best route for each item, including the resources to bring and the checks that keep similarly named potions from getting mixed up.

All Eight Potions in Slayers 2: Effects and Acquisition Routes

Use the direct vendor or quest route first. The chest percentages below are reported launch-version chances, not guarantees.

The two Rika potions are the straightforward early purchases. Meku's elixirs use a second currency, while Muzan's Blood is a progression reward that you must drink from your inventory after earning it.

How to Get Health Potion in Slayers 2

Health Potion does not have one permanent shop route. For an early guaranteed example, accept Kona's Recover the Lost Pages quest in Windy Peak, collect all five lost pages around the village, and return to Kona. The reward includes a Health Potion, the Book of Guidance, EXP, and Yen.

Health Potion restores 15% of your total HP. Kona's quest is a reliable early route, but you may also find Health Potion through defeated-enemy, NPC, or boss-chest rewards. Those broader sources do not have one universal drop rate.

How to Get Health Regen and Stamina Regen Potions in Slayers 2

Rika sells both basic regeneration potions at her Windy Peak stall. From the starting village, use Raze's Sword Shop as your landmark and look for Rika beside the stacked barrels. You can reach this stall without Wall Climb or Double Jump.

1. Interact with Rika at the stall.
2. Choose Health Regen Potion and pay 600 Wen, or choose Stamina Regen Potion and pay 900 Wen.
3. Open your inventory and confirm the exact item name before leaving.

The same potions are also reported in Ouwigahara Dungeon Chests and Tier 1 Sealed Cache Chests. The reported Tier 1 chances are 25% for Health Regen Potion and 20% for Stamina Regen Potion, but the direct Rika purchase is more predictable than farming a chest.

How to Get Muzan's Blood in Slayers 2

Muzan's Blood is not a normal shop item. It is the reward for a Demon route that begins with a reputation requirement, continues through two tracked objectives, and ends with a delivery chase.

1. Reach -40 reputation and unlock movement skills

Lower your reputation to -40 or below. A supported way to do that is defeating unstarred NPCs named Civilian, which give -1 reputation each. Avoid quest NPCs and Civilian variants with a star so you do not attack the wrong target.

Before starting the elevated part of the route, unlock Wall Climb and Double Jump in the Skill Tree. Guides disagree on whether the earliest level label is 4 or 5, so use the concrete reputation and skill requirements rather than waiting for one universal level number.

2. Find Muzan and enter his domain

Search for Muzan at night in Mistfall Harbor, Hidden Mist Village, or the Iceveil snow village. Accept his offer, use the Biwa Bell, and speak to him after entering his domain to start the objectives.

3. Collect nine Spider Lilies

The first objective is to collect 9 Spider Lilies. Start around Bamboo Grove Sanctuary and loop through the central bridge or flower patch, the waterfall, the river island, and Wano Gate. If those spots are empty, check the outer Hidden Mist flower cliff and Thunder King Zentaro's pillar.

Spider Lilies do not have guaranteed fixed spawn points, and another public server may have already been picked clean. Wait for a respawn or server-hop, then use the active quest counter instead of manually counting flowers. Night is the best-supported search window, but it is not an absolute rule if the live tracker or a visible flower tells you otherwise. Stop when the objective reads 9/9.

4. Capture Dr. Higoshima and finish the delivery

Follow the quest marker to Dr. Higoshima's tall pillar east of Bamboo Grove Sanctuary and capture him. Slayers keep respawning and chasing you after the capture, so ignore them and run to the delivery marker instead of stopping to fight.

5. Receive and drink the blood

Once the Spider Lily and Dr. Higoshima objectives are complete, the game awards Muzan's Blood. Open your inventory and drink it to transform. Receiving the item alone does not complete the transformation automatically.

How to Buy Elixirs from Alchemist Meku in Slayers 2

The chest numbers are reported launch-version chances, not guarantees. When a quest asks for Health Elixir, select that exact item at Meku. Rika's similarly named Health Regen Potion is a different item and will not substitute for it.

How to Get the Underwater Breathing Potion in Slayers 2

You can buy the Underwater Breathing Potion from Meku at the same Mistfall Harbor dock shop. Budget the listed 600 Wen plus the reported 6 Demon Horns, then check the current purchase panel before confirming the order.
