Grand Blue's Early Access roster includes four obtainable fighting styles: Brawler, Novice Swordsman, Marksman, and Trickster. Blackleg is unavailable, so do not spend time looking for an unlock route that has not been confirmed.
The first three styles come from trainers around Anchor Town and Maple Village. Trickster takes an extra trip through Anchor Town, two prerequisite skills from the Hoarder boss, and a visit to the Clown Town Ferris wheel.

Treat fighting-style progression and cursed-fruit skills as separate choices. Buying a style does not choose your fruit or race, so the Grand Blue Fruit & Race Tier List is the better place to compare those systems.
Where to learn Brawler, Novice Swordsman, and Marksman
Unlock Brawler in Anchor Town
Go to Anchor Town Beach and follow the docks to the fishing shop with rods and worms. Wallace stands behind or beside the shop near the water. Talk to him and buy Brawler for 250 Gold.
Unlock Novice Swordsman in Anchor Town
Start near Captain's Brat and the fruit and vegetable stall in Anchor Town. Jump over the wall behind the stall to reach the Pond, then speak to Shiro and buy Novice Swordsman for 250 Gold.
Unlock Marksman in Maple Village
Travel to the Maple Village and Rocky Shores area, then head toward the top-left beach-like section. Look for the corridor behind the nearby Captain Esopo boss. The trainer is also named Captain Esopo, so use the NPC name, trainer marker, and Talk prompt to avoid starting the wrong encounter. Buy Marksman for 1,000 Gold.
How to unlock Trickster and switch styles
Start Loki’s Trickster route
Find the first Loki near the Anchor Town harbor and complete the initial Loki route. Follow the live objectives instead of relying on a fixed quest-name list. Finish this Anchor Town sequence before sailing to Clown Town, or the later Loki may not appear.
Get both Trickster prerequisites
The Hoarder boss can drop Pickpocket and Pocket Sand. Obtain both skills and learn both of them before you leave for Clown Town. Drop rates are not officially established, so plan for repeated boss runs rather than a guaranteed number of attempts.
Buy Trickster in Clown Town
Sail to Clown Town after the Anchor Town route is complete and both prerequisite skills are learned. Climb the Ferris wheel to find Loki seated in a carriage, then pay 1,000 Gold to learn Trickster.
Change your equipped style
Return to Anchor Town Plaza and find the Food Fod or Food Foo building near Aria. The building name can appear with either spelling, so use the in-game sign as your landmark. Go inside, interact with the closet or wardrobe, open the Fighting Styles section, and select an unlocked style. Buying a style does not necessarily equip it automatically.
Grand Blue is in Early Access, so trainer positions, prices, the obtainable roster, and Blackleg availability can change. Recheck the Logbook and the live trainer prompt if a route looks different.
