Fisch Breeze Guster Harpoon Gun Guide

Updated on September 9, 2026 (about 7 hours ago)

The Breeze Guster is the Harpoon Gun reward tied to Aero on Skycrest. The easy-to-miss part is that Aero's second quest sits behind Hayate Idol progression, so you'll need a Level 10 Swiftness Charm, the right glider for each objective, and 1,000 studs traveled with the Cloud Glider.

This guide covers the route from reaching Skycrest to choosing Breeze Guster, recovering it after choosing Breeze Caster, and using the finished weapon on Roaming Fish.

What Is the Breeze Guster Harpoon Gun in Fisch?

Breeze Guster is a white, winged Harpoon Gun obtained through Aero's questline in Skycrest. After you finish Aero's first two quests, the game gives you an immediate choice between Breeze Guster and Breeze Caster. Choose Guster at that point if the Harpoon Gun is your goal; the alternate Caster path is explained below.

How to Reach Skycrest and Find Aero

Start from Moosewood and make your way to the Fischfest area. At the festival dock, take the boat route toward the vertical waterfall, then follow the climb up to the floating Skycrest island. A standard Glider can help with the climb, but it is only a route aid and is not the glider checked by Aero's later trial.

Once you land on Skycrest, find Aero and accept the first quest, Swift Winds. Before you start leveling a Charm, speak to the first winged NPC near the landing point and collect the Crest Amulet. That handoff NPC may be labeled Crest of Clarity or Keeper of the Sky, but the important result is the same: the amulet is the equipment that holds your Charms.

Fisch Breeze Guster Requirements: Swiftness Charm and Cloud Glider

Aero's route is easier to follow if you keep the three gliders separate:

Item or goalWhat it does in this route
Standard GliderHelps with the climb to Skycrest; it does not satisfy Swift Gliding.
Hang GliderRequired for the maximum-velocity trial in Swift Gliding. If you do not have one, its acquisition is tied to the Mysterious Songstress quest chain.
Cloud GliderUsed to complete the separate 1,000-stud travel objective.
Crest AmuletHolds the Swiftness Charm so you can equip and level it.

With the Crest Amulet ready, complete Aero's quests in order. The first quest unlocks Swiftness, and the second checks both the Charm's level and the Cloud Glider distance.

Swift Winds: Complete Swift Swimmer and Swift Sailing

Accept Swift Winds from Aero, then complete the first two Hayate Idol trials. They unlock the Swiftness Charm.

  1. Swift Swimmer: Obtain either a Rose-Veiled Fairy Wrasse or a Vibranium Fairy Wrasse for Hayate Idol. These are alternatives, so you only need one.

Vibranium Fairy WrasseLegendaryLuminous FlakesFoggy, Night, Spring
  2. Swift Sailing: Perfectly catch a Sailfish during Windy weather.

When both trials are complete, the Swiftness Charm unlocks. Put it in the Crest Amulet before you try to raise its level.

Strong Gusts: Reach Swiftness Level 10 and Travel 1,000 Studs

Aero's second quest, Strong Gusts, requires two separate kinds of progress. First, equip Swiftness in the Crest Amulet and fish on Skycrest until the live Charm panel reaches Level 10. Then complete the remaining three Hayate Idol objectives:

Hayate objectiveExact task
Swift WindsObtain 1 Gusty or Breezed African Butterflyfish for Hayate Idol.
Swift GlidingMaintain the maximum velocity of a Hang Glider for 10 seconds.
True SwiftnessDirectly catch a Wyvern in under 20 seconds.

Swift Winds appears twice because the first is Aero's quest and the second is a separate Hayate Idol objective inside Strong Gusts. Complete both tasks; the duplicate name does not replace the earlier Aero quest.

The glider requirement is strict for Swift Gliding. You must use a Hang Glider at maximum velocity for the full 10 seconds. The standard Glider you used for the Skycrest climb and the Cloud Glider used for the distance task are not substitutes.

After the first Hayate Idol quest, the Cloud Glider should become available as a progression reward. Check your reward or equipment panel for it, then use it to travel 1,000 studs. This distance check is separate from the Hang Glider's 10-second velocity trial.

When the three Hayate objectives are done, Swiftness is Level 10, and the Cloud Glider distance is complete, return to Aero to finish Strong Gusts.

How to Get the Breeze Guster Harpoon Gun in Fisch

After Strong Gusts is complete, speak to Aero again to receive the reward choice.

Choose Breeze Guster at Aero

Select Breeze Guster when Aero offers the choice between it and Breeze Caster. One reward is granted immediately, making this the direct path to the Harpoon Gun.

If you already chose Breeze Caster, return to Aero and complete the third quest, Harness the Winds, to follow the recovery route for Breeze Guster.

Chose Breeze Caster? Complete Harness the Winds

Harness the Winds asks you to catch and return the following in Skycrest:

  • 20 Gusty fish that are Legendary, Mythical, Exotic, Secret, or Relic rarity.
  • 1 Gusty fish with either the Shiny or Sparkling mutation.

The 20-fish requirement is based on both rarity and the Gusty mutation, so ordinary fish from the listed rarity groups do not count for that part. The second requirement is a separate Shiny-or-Sparkling Gusty catch.

Breeze Caster and Breeze Guster each have a 25% Gusty chance, while Blessed Enchantment can help produce Shiny or Sparkling fish. Treat 25% as a planning estimate, not a guarantee, then return the eligible catches through Harness the Winds to receive Breeze Guster.

How to Equip and Use the Breeze Guster Harpoon Gun

Once the weapon is in your inventory, open the Equipment Bag and equip it from the Harpoon Gun category. Move or dive near a Roaming Fish underwater, aim the weapon, and fire. When the Pull prompt appears, complete the pull minigame to finish the catch.

The same basic equipment flow applies to other dedicated harpoons, including the Halibut Harpoon Gun and Scrap Cannon, but Breeze Guster's acquisition is tied specifically to Aero's Skycrest questline.

If you have not started the route yet, prepare the Crest Amulet and Hang Glider before working through Hayate Idol. If the Harpoon Gun is the priority, choose Breeze Guster at Aero's immediate reward choice; otherwise, be ready for Harness the Winds after choosing Breeze Caster.
