The Hammyshork Rod comes from a quest given by Hammi, an NPC hidden inside the Shark Sanctuary in Fisch, the fishing game on Roblox. To reach him, you first rescue an injured shark from a Shark Pool on the ocean floor, then find the underwater cave behind The Arch. Once his questline starts, you catch 13 different shark species and hand them over to claim the rod.

How to Rescue an Injured Shark to Start Hammi's Quest in Fisch
You can't walk into the Shark Sanctuary the way you would at other spots in Fisch. You first need to rescue one of the injured sharks at the bottom of a special Shark Pool, and Hammi won't offer you anything until that's done. The special pools near Castaway Cliffs and The Arch are dark pink and cover a wide area, and a Great Hammerhead Shark pool is the route to take.
Great Hammerhead pools come from Hunt events that spawn at random in the Ocean, so you may have to wait for one to show up. When it does, follow these steps:
- Find a Great Hammerhead Shark pool near The Arch or Castaway Cliffs.
- Dive to the bottom of the pool and locate the injured shark.
- Approach the shark and select the Rescue??? option.
Finding the Shark Sanctuary Cave Behind The Arch
The cave sits underwater behind The Arch. Start at The Arch and dive toward Castaway Cliffs. Before you reach the broken ships, look down and under a pile of rubble, and you'll find the cave entrance.
Once you're inside, head to the central area to find Hammi. He takes in the shark you rescued and offers Emergency Recruiting, the first quest in his line, and that's where your questline begins.

Catching the 13 Sharks for Hammi's Emergency Recruiting Quest
Emergency Recruiting asks for one of each of the 13 shark species in the table. The table lists the bait, weather, season, and time that give each shark its best odds. Those settings make a catch more likely, but they aren't separate requirements, so a shark you hook under other conditions still counts.
Six of the 13 are found in the Ocean, which makes it a good place to start. The Great Hammerhead and Great White sharks come from Shark Hunt events there, so watch for those events while you fish.
The Gemstone Whale Shark is the least picky on the list. It has no weather, season, or time preference, so Sapphire Krill bait and a high-luck rod at Treasure Island is all you need.
Use the table as a checklist. Mark off each species as you catch it so you always know which sharks are still missing.
Claiming the Hammyshork Rod and Its Base Stats
Once you have all 13, head back to Hammi in the Shark Sanctuary and follow these steps:
- Hand over each of the 13 sharks to Hammi, one at a time.
- Collect the Hammyshork Rod and 10 Shark Tokens after the last shark is handed in.
- Open your Equipment Bag and equip the rod.
Hammi only gives the rod once every shark is handed over, so a partial set won't be enough. Once you have it, these are its base stats:
- Lure Speed: 70%
- Luck: 170%
- Control: 0.15
- Resilience: 15%
- Hunt Focus: SharkHunt (+15)
- Max weight: Infinite
