Dandy's World is a survival and escape game on Roblox where you play as characters called Toons and use their abilities to get past twisted monsters across floors. Astro's Toon of the Week adds three limited-time quests: subdue Twisted Astro from his nightmare five times, recover 10,000 total Stamina for any Toon while playing as Astro, and collect 20 of Toon Astro's Star Pillows. Rewards come in milestones based on how many of the three you finish.
| Quests Completed | Reward |
|---|---|
| 1 | 100 Ichor and the Astro Fan Title |
| 2 | Golden Astro Sticker |
| 3 | Golden Crescent Skin |
How to Unlock Astro in Dandy's World
The stamina-recovery quest requires you to play as Astro. Unlocking him takes three steps.
- Encounter Twisted Dandy during a run.
- Complete 100% research on Twisted Astro.
- Buy Astro from Dandy's Store for 5,000 Ichor.
Ichor comes from Research Capsules and Machines you pick up and extract during runs. Both show up more often the deeper you go, so descending further helps you build up enough to buy him.
Once Astro is yours, he stays with you as a permanent Toon. Tap the tracking icon in the top-right corner of your screen to open the quest board, which shows all three objectives and lets you claim rewards. Since all three counters appear together, you can work on them during the same runs.
How Astro's Nap Time Ability Works
Nap Time is Astro's active ability, and it helps with these quests. Hold it to release a pulse that fully restores Stamina to nearby Toons and raises their Stamina regeneration to 50% for 10 seconds. Astro also gets back 20% of his own Stamina for each Toon the pulse reaches.
The pulse's range grows with each Star Pillow Astro collects, up to 10 carried. When you use it, Nap Time spends up to five of the pillows it's holding, and it has a 55-second cooldown before it can be used again.
Those numbers shape how you play. A wider range reaches more allies, and the cooldown means it's worth waiting until several teammates are low before you use it.
Quest 1: Subdue Twisted Astro From His Nightmare Five Times
This quest counts how many times you stop Twisted Astro's nightmare, and you need five. Twisted Astro starts a nightmare after he finishes chasing a Toon and falls asleep. The nightmare runs in three stages, and stopping it is what counts toward the quest.

- Let Twisted Astro chase a Toon until he finishes and falls asleep.
- Once the nightmare starts, collect the highlighted Twisted Star Pillows spread across the floor. Gather all of them to stop it.
- If you're playing as Astro, or an Astro is on your team, use Nap Time instead. It wakes Twisted Astro right away, so you don't need to collect the pillows.
- Repeat the cycle until the counter reads five.
You don't need five separate encounters with Twisted Astro. One encounter can go through the nightmare cycle more than once, so you can stay on the same floor and keep repeating the steps. Nap Time is the quicker route because it skips the pillow hunt and gets you to the next cycle sooner.
Quest 2: Restore 10,000 Total Stamina as Astro
This quest is about keeping your team going. You play as Astro and use Nap Time to refill the Stamina of your teammates, and the counter adds up everything you restore until it reaches 10,000.
- Play as Astro, since the quest requires it.
- Team up with Toons who have high Stamina, such as Brightney or Sprout. Let them run around the floor, since that's how their Stamina drops and gives you something to refill.
- Once allies have spent their Stamina, stand where several of them can be reached and use Nap Time.
- Wait out the cooldown, then repeat until the counter reads 10,000.
Each refill counts toward the total, so a pulse that reaches a group adds up much faster than one that reaches a single Toon. Restoring one teammate at a time works, but it takes far more uses to get there.
Quest 3: Collect 20 of Toon Astro's Star Pillows
Star Pillows are scattered across the floors, and each one you carry adds to Nap Time's range. The quest asks for 20 of them. The quest board doesn't say you have to play as Astro, but the pillows are tied to the Astros in your run, so playing as Astro is the simplest way to collect them.
- Start a run as Astro, or make sure an Astro is on your team.
- Search the floors for Star Pillows and collect them as you pass.
- Ask teammates to grab any pillows they spot. Those pillows fly straight to the Astro they belong to, so teammates can pick them up for you.
- Mix pillow searching with Machines. Astro's extraction is above average, so you can still help finish Machines. Grab pillows on the way to a Machine or the Elevator.
- Check the counter on the quest board from time to time to confirm your progress.
Collecting pillows also gives Nap Time more range when you're helping teammates. Check your own quest counter to confirm which pickups give you credit. More Astros in the same run also means more pillows spawn, so a second Astro can speed things up.
