When the Void Boss Appears in Bug Evolution
The Void Event comes around every hour, so there's a fight to join at regular intervals. About five minutes before the Void Gate opens, a warning appears. Use that time to head to the cave near Muddy Lake so you're in place when the fight begins. If you miss one, the next fight comes an hour later.
How to Join the Giant Void Mosquito Fight
- Watch for the five-minute warning, then head to the Void Gate cave near Muddy Lake.
- When the gate opens, select JOIN THE FIGHT.
- Attack the Giant Void Mosquito alongside the other players in the cave.
- Keep attacking until the boss falls.
The cave is a safe zone, so player-versus-player fights don't happen in the boss area. You're up against the Void Mosquito, and the other players in the cave are fighting it with you.
The Void Mosquito turns aggressive the moment a player lands a hit, and each strike does decent damage. Because of that, the bug you bring matters. A more developed bug, such as a Jumping Spider or Horsefly, gives you more room to survive those hits, so it's worth bringing one if you have it.
What the Void Boss Fight Pays Out
The JOIN THE FIGHT prompt lists +1,000 Void Credits, +300 coins and 2 free spins. Void Credits are the currency for the Void Spinner, so this fight is how you build up what you'll spend there.
Only bugs that take part get paid when the boss falls.
How to Open the Void Spinner and Spend Void Credits
The Void Spinner is where you use Void Credits to roll for insects and coins. To open it:
- Wait for your insect to spawn on the map.
- Select the Void crystal icon at the top of the screen.
- Spend 500 Void Credits for each spin.
