Jujutsu Shenanigans items are temporary fight tools, pickups, summons, traps, and private-server weapons that can change a round after you grab them. Some come from the shop delivery route or timed map spawns, while others come from vending machines, the Bowling Alley, Perfection's moves, a secret route, or private-server Item Blocks. The useful read is where each item comes from, what it does, and whether it breaks, drops, despawns, heals, deals damage, or only works in private servers.

Where items come from
Most normal items are either bought through item delivery or found from timed map spawns. Item delivery costs Cash and sends a one-HP drone with the item, so the route can fail if the drone dies before it throws the item to you. Map spawns appear around the surface and underground on a timer, which makes them useful when you are already moving through public fights.
Some items have their own route. Soda is a separate $5 vending machine or shop purchase. Bowling Ball comes from Shenanigans Ball Bowling Alley. Transfigured Flesh and Transfigured Human are made through Perfection's finishers, then can be stored and reused through Perfection-specific behavior. Nepcard is a secret item tied to the radio and Feline Finder route. Broom, Flashlight, Tiantui Star's Blade, and Arayashiki are private-server Item Block items, so public-server players should not chase them as normal spawns.
| Route | What it means | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Shop delivery or timed spawns | Cash purchase chance or public map pickup timer | Jet Black, Gun, Playful Cloud, Voice Recorder, TNT, Naginata, Crowbar |
| Vending or shop Soda purchase | Separate low-cost healing route | Soda |
| Map pickup | Fixed map source instead of normal delivery | Bowling Ball |
| Character-created item | Created through Perfection's kit | Transfigured Flesh, Transfigured Human |
| Secret route | Hidden route outside the normal shop pool | Nepcard |
| Private-server Item Block | Private-server build/custom-fight item | Broom, Flashlight, Tiantui Star's Blade, Arayashiki |
How held items behave after pickup
Many items replace your normal M1 while held, and each one disappears in its own way. Gun breaks after six shots. Coin breaks after three projectile deflects. Hazenoki's Eye and Snowball are one-use throwables. Voice Recorder stays reusable after a recharge. Playful Cloud breaks after enough M1 sets and turns into throwable pieces. Tinted Glasses has no normal durability, but it falls off after enough ragdolls.
Drop and storage rules matter during messy fights. Some held items fall out of your hands after ragdoll, then despawn if nobody picks them up. Ten Shadows can store many held items before use. Perfection has its own storage behavior for Transfigured Flesh and Transfigured Human, including puking the item back out or using it through Soul Fire. Those rules decide whether an item is something to spend quickly, protect until a setup appears, or ignore when the route does not fit your character.
What to check before spending Cash or saving an item
Start with source and server limit. Public shop or spawn items are worth learning because they can appear in normal fights. Private-server Item Block items are better for custom rounds, testing, or builds. Secret and character-created items need their own route knowledge, so they should not be treated like random shop rewards.
Then check damage, healing, and the use rule. Soda is valuable because it can refill HP and evasion if you are not interrupted. Gun, Sniper, TNT, Bowling Ball, Snowball, Hazenoki's Eye, Voice Recorder, Playful Cloud, and Naginata all care about damage or hit behavior. Utility items such as Coin, Tinted Glasses, Banana Peel, Flashlight, Broom, and Nepcard matter more for timing, movement, information, disruption, or route-specific tricks.
Pen is intentionally excluded from the 22 usable-item count because it was removed in V1.75. Tinted Glasses replaced its information role, so Pen should stay out of the live item list.
FAQ
How many usable items are listed for Jujutsu Shenanigans?
There are 22 usable items: 17 public shop, spawn, map, or character-created items; 1 secret item; and 4 private-server Item Block items.
Why is Pen not counted as a Jujutsu Shenanigans item?
Pen was removed in V1.75, so it is excluded from the 22 usable-item count. Tinted Glasses now covers the information role that replaced it.
Which Jujutsu Shenanigans items are private-server-only?
Broom, Flashlight, Tiantui Star's Blade, and Arayashiki are private-server Item Block items. They are valid in-game items, but they should be read as private-server tools rather than normal public shop or map spawns.
Can Jujutsu Shenanigans items drop or despawn?
Yes. Many held items can drop when the holder is hit or ragdolled, and dropped items can despawn if nobody picks them up. Some items have special rules, such as Gun breaking after six bullets, Coin breaking after three deflects, Tinted Glasses falling off after enough ragdolls, and Perfection storing Transfigured items.
Which item image is missing?
Transfigured Human is intentionally left without an image because no clean row-specific image was found. It should stay blank instead of using Perfection art, Transfigured Flesh art, a guide thumbnail, or a generic gameplay screenshot.
