What Each Survivor Mission Needs and Pays Out
- Birth of the Conservation Movement (West Elizabeth): Finish Curious Tales from Blackwater first. It pays an Undead Hunter outfit scrap, and you don't have to kill the last sasquatch: the mission ends after its cutscene.
- Paternal Pride (New Austin): Finish Curious Tales from Blackwater first, and save MacFarlane's Ranch. It pays a Winchester Repeater.
- Dinner for Two (New Austin): Finish Curious Tales from Blackwater, then clear Armadillo before you search for the deputies. It pays a Sawed-off Shotgun.
- Filth and Other Entertainment (New Austin): Save Plainview. It also has to be finished before Mother Superior Blues can continue past Sepulcro, and it pays an Undead Hunter outfit scrap.
- Biographies and Lies (Nuevo Paraíso): It has to be finished before Mother Superior Blues can continue past Sepulcro. It unlocks Boom Bait.

Which Survivor Missions Stop Mother Superior Blues?
Mother Superior Blues won't continue past Sepulcro until Filth and Other Entertainment and Biographies and Lies are both finished.
For Filth and Other Entertainment, find a Retcher in Gaptooth Ridge or Mexico, hogtie it, and bring it back to D.S. MacKenna in Plainview.
For Biographies and Lies, bring Landon Ricketts two Undead Bait and two Dynamite at Casa Madrugada. Then wait a few in-game hours for the next part to open, and keep playing the rest of the route while you wait. The questions below cover where to get the supplies.

Undead Bait is made from Prairie Poppies and Wild Feverfew. Dynamite can drop from zombies, and you can also get it as a reward for saving El Matadero, Agave Viejo or Gaptooth Breach.
