You tried to join a game and got stopped by a line about creating or using an account "to avoid an enforcement action", ending in (Error Code: 600). Here is the straight answer: the game's ban system decided the account you are on is an alt of an account it already banned, or that it is being used to dodge a ban.
The ban comes from that game's creator, not from Roblox. Your account still works everywhere else on Roblox.
And because the flag sits on the account itself, your device is innocent. No reinstall, cache wipe, VPN, or router restart can clear a 600.
Why this account got banned when it did nothing wrong
Roblox gives creators a ban system with built-in alt account detection. When a creator bans a player through it, Roblox also looks for other accounts it suspects belong to the same person and bans them automatically, in real time. The flagged account never needs to break a rule in that game, or even to have joined it before.
The full on-screen message reads: "You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account by the creator of this experience (Error Code: 600)." If that matches your screen, alt detection is what hit you.
Roblox does not explain how it decides two accounts are linked. Detection is on by default for these bans, though creators can switch it off.

1. Appeal from the original banned account
Switch to the account that was actually banned from the game and contact the creator from there. Message them on Roblox, post on their community wall if it is open, or use the social links on their profile or the experience's details page.
The choice of account matters because of how unbans spread. When the creator unbans the original account, Roblox lifts the ban on the suspected alts along with it. Unbanning only an alt does not free the original or any other linked account, so an appeal sent from the alt gets you nowhere.

2. Wait it out if the ban was timed
Creators can set bans that expire. If the original account's ban was temporary, it lifts on its own, and once the original is clear, the linked accounts come back with it. No action needed, just patience.
3. Ask the creator to review a mistaken flag
If you genuinely have no banned account, say exactly that. A short, calm "I think your ban system linked me to someone else by mistake, could you check?" is your best move. There is no separate appeal form for false flags; the creator is the only one who can undo it.
Whatever happens, do not spin up another account to get in. Each new account can be flagged and banned in real time the same way, and a visible trail of ban evasion is the fastest way to lose the creator's sympathy.
Skip everything device-shaped too. Reinstalling Roblox, clearing caches, switching networks, or running a VPN changes nothing, because the flag lives on accounts on the game's side.
