Evomon – How to Obtain and Build the Celesthorn Monster

Updated on August 30, 2026 (about 19 hours ago)

Celesthorn comes from the Evomon Season 2 Pass. The normal monster uses the free reward track, while the Shiny version uses the Premium track. Follow the Pass route rather than searching island spawns. Once it hatches, a fast Psychic control build gives you a clear starting point.

What Celesthorn is

Celesthorn is a Psychic-type Evomon and the featured monster for Season 2. Its Dex number is N.091.

The commonly listed 117 Speed supports an early-control plan. Treat that number as build context, not as a complete stat sheet.

Psychic attacks are strong against Fighting, Poison, and Flying. Celesthorn is weak to Bug, Dark, and Light, and it resists Fighting. That matchup spread helps with team planning, but it does not make every Psychic fight safe.

Celesthorn sits in a provisional A-tier fast-control role in the Evomon Season 2 tier list, so build it to move early and disrupt setup rather than chase a full stat spread.

How to claim Celesthorn from the Season 2 Pass

Use the reward layout shown in your Season 2 menu. Check the live panel before spending Robux if its tier or price looks different.

  1. Open the Season Pass. Go to the notebook tab for Season Quest missions.
  2. Earn Pass EXP. Complete the Season Quest missions shown there.
  3. Reach Free Tier 10. The normal Celesthorn's Egg is listed at this tier.
  4. Claim the normal egg. Collect the Free Tier 10 reward.
  5. Buy Premium Pass for the Shiny route. The Season 2 Premium Pass is listed at 499 Robux.
  6. Claim Premium Tier 1. The Shiny Celesthorn's Egg is listed on this Premium reward tier.
  7. Hatch the egg. Use Evomon's egg-hatching flow after claiming either reward.

The reward is an egg, not the finished monster, so the last step is easy to miss.

Build Celesthorn around fast Psychic control

Use the four moves below as a Season 2 starting setup. This is a recommended build, not a complete current learnset. Check the move panel in your game before locking in move names or power values.

MoveJob in the setup
Implosion (Ultimate)Keep it as the build's Ultimate option.
Psychic CrushOpen the recommended two-move sequence.
Psychic EdgeFollow Psychic Crush in that sequence.
Star MeteorRemove enemy boosts when setup becomes a problem.

Start with Psychic Crush, then use Psychic Edge. The two-move order gives the setup a clear rhythm, so the buttons do not have to conduct the fight for you.

Use Star Meteor when the enemy has active boosts or is preparing a setup turn. If boost removal is less useful and Grass, Flying, or Rock targets are the problem, replace that utility slot with a Fire or Electric coverage move that fits your team. Keep Implosion for the turn where its Ultimate gives the plan the most value.

When choosing a replacement, compare all 249 Moves in Evomon. For longer-term level-cap planning, How Ascension Works in Evomon explains the progression system.
