All 2 Brooms in Wizard Alchemy

Updated on May 23, 2026 (3 days ago)

Brooms are Wizard Alchemy's travel upgrade for moving across the map without chaining dash over and over. The current broom list is short, but the two choices have a real gap in price, rarity, acceleration, and where you buy them.

How to get and use a broom

Brooms are bought from specific map spots with Coins. The Apprentice Broom is the early option under the portal at Departure Isle beach, while the Lava Broom is the expensive upgrade near Alchemy in the Sea of Oblivion.

  1. Go to the broom's listed location.
  2. Bring enough Coins for the listed price.
  3. Buy the broom and equip it from your hotbar.
  4. Hold forward to build speed, steer with your camera or movement controls, and point toward the ground when you want to land.
  5. Tap the hotbar slot again when you want to hop off.

How to choose between the two brooms

BroomBest useWhy it matters
Apprentice BroomEarly travelIt is much cheaper and appears on Departure Isle, so it is the practical first broom.
Lava BroomFaster long-distance travelIt costs far more, but its higher acceleration and max acceleration make it the better movement item once you can afford it.

The Apprentice Broom is enough if you are still farming early Coins, materials, and starter enemies. The Lava Broom is the clear upgrade once Sea of Oblivion routes become part of your loop, especially when you are crossing more space between alchemy, enemies, materials, and chests.

How to Use This Wizard Alchemy Brooms List

Broom stats are travel stats. Price tells you how much to save before checking the purchase spot. Location tells you where the broom is bought. Acceleration is how quickly the broom builds movement, while Max Acceleration is the higher movement ceiling listed for that broom. A bigger number means faster travel, but the cheaper broom can still be the right buy when you are early in the game.
