All 25 Spec Passives in Sailor Piece

Updated on August 27, 2026 (about 2 months ago)

Spec passives are the rolled buff slotted onto your melees and swords: stat multipliers at every tier, with the higher rarities adding genuine special abilities like extra drops and bonus damage procs. Passive Shards from enemies, bosses, and chests pay for rerolls at the Passive Master, and the rarity ladder prices the chase.

Rolling with intent

Every reroll draws fresh, so the question is always whether your current passive beats the expected value of another shard. The buff ranges within each passive mean two copies of the same roll can differ meaningfully; a low-rolled mythical is still usually worth keeping over a high-rolled epic, but the ranges are printed so the math is checkable.

  • Loot-oriented passives multiply farming sessions and often out-earn raw damage for progression players.
  • Damage and crit passives win boss fights; match the keep to what you actually spend time doing.
  • Shards drop steadily, so set a keep-threshold by tier before rolling and stick to it.

FAQ

Q.

How do you reroll passives?

Spend Passive Shards, dropped by enemies, bosses, and chests, at the Passive Master. Each roll replaces the current passive on the weapon.

Q.

Do passives apply to everything?

They apply to melees and swords, rolled per weapon, so each weapon carries its own passive.

Q.

Which passive is best?

For farming, the extra-drop mythicals; for bossing, the big damage and crit procs. The printed ranges let you compare exact rolls.
