Plan around rarity first

Rarity is the quickest way to decide what kind of hunt you are starting. Common and Uncommon fish help fill early Bestiary gaps, while Secret, Apex, Divine Secret, Event, and other high-end groups usually need tighter planning around location, bait, weather, time, and season.

Preferences matter more than guessing

Many fish are tied to a specific area and become easier to chase when their preferred bait and conditions line up. Weather, time, and season do not matter for every fish, but when a row lists them, treating those conditions as part of the route can save a lot of wasted casts.

Divine Secret fish are among the hardest Fisch targets, so small condition mistakes can waste a long session.

Event fish and event catchables are tied to limited-time or special activity pools, so availability can matter as much as rarity.

Secret fish are usually long hunts. Check the area and preference fields before spending bait or waiting on conditions.

FAQ

Q.

What is the most useful field to check first?

Start with rarity, then check area and bait. After that, use weather, time, and season to see whether the fish needs a specific setup.

Q.

Do all Fisch fish need special weather or time?

No. Some rows have no special condition, while others depend on weather, time, season, or a specific bait.

Q.

Why do some Fisch fish not show an image?

Some fish rows do not have a clean local item image yet. The catch facts can still be compared without the image.

Q.

Are event fish part of normal Bestiary progress?

Event and limited fish can be listed with the broader fish collection, but they may not behave like normal permanent catches. Check the area and availability context before planning around them.
