Davy's Rose is the simplest of the four because you buy it instead of earning it through a quest. The catch is the seller's location. The merchant works aboard the Flying Dutchman, which flies over Caustic Hallow, so you can't simply walk up to him.
The rose costs 5,000 Treats, and you earn those by trick-or-treating. Equip your Candy Bucket and knock on the doors. Visit them all in one run to avoid backtracking across the island.

- Wait for the Flying Dutchman to pass over Caustic Hallow.
- Reach the deck with a Glider or Gravity Coil from high ground.

Pumpkin Pete waits beside a house near the large pumpkin statue. Gourdemort's Rose is his reward for finishing all four tasks. Most of them depend on trick-or-treating, so it's easiest to work through them during your door runs.
- Trick-or-treat at five houses.
- Catch five candy-type fish during your trick-or-treat runs and return them to Pete. Jawbreaker Jellyfish, Pop-Rock Pufferfish, and Candy Corn Pack are examples.
- Catch one Jack-o'-Angler and return it to Pete.
- Give 5 Treats to Pete's Jack-o'-Lantern friends.
The Jack-o'-Angler is the task to plan around. Black Licorice or Hallow-Pop bait, Jack-o-Moon weather, night, and Autumn are the conditions to aim for, but they're preferences rather than hard requirements. Jack-o-Moon weather doesn't follow a set schedule, so check the sky at night and be ready when it arrives.
How to Get the Ethereal Rose from Doomsekkar's Frightful Pool Challenge
Doomsekkar stands by the graveyard on Caustic Hallow. Talking to him starts a challenge with three objectives.
- Catch 100 fish from Frightful Pools. The Doomed, Grim, and Eldritch pools spawn in the Main World, and Global chat announces when one appears.
- Land 50 Perfect Catches in a row from Frightful Pools. A Perfect Catch means the fish stays inside your control bar for the whole reel, and one escape resets the streak to zero. A Perfect Catch from a Frightful Pool counts toward both this goal and the 100 catches.
- Win the Ghost Mini-Game at a Trick-or-Treat house with a green glowing number above its door. Knock with the Candy Bucket held out, then keep your cursor circle on the floating ghost until the progress bar fills.
The 50-catch streak is the slow part, so a high-control rod helps. Blade of Glorp, Seraphic, and Elemental rods are the ones to look at. The Ethereal Rose is tied to the Ghost Mini-Game, so don't skip the haunted house when you're done with the pools.
How to Finish the Dullahan Mansion Quest for the Fable Rose
The Fable Rose is the longest of the four because it combines six resident requests, an item from inside the mansion, and a Dobhar catch. Dullahan waits outside the mansion entrance. Accept his quest there, then work through each part.

- Lady Lenore: 1 Shiny Headless Halibut.
- Portrait of Percival: 3 Haunted Haddock and 1 Jack-o'-Angler.
- Nanny Nocturne: 15 Perfect Catches of FischFright fish.
The Dullahan Family Heirloom is inside the mansion. Go up the stairs, turn right at the top, and enter the bedroom, where the heirloom sits on the bed. Pick it up from there.
The Dobhar is a Frightful Pool catch. Black Licorice bait, Jack-o-Moon weather, night, and Autumn are the conditions to aim for, and as with the Jack-o'-Angler, they're preferences rather than hard requirements. Pete's Jack-o'-Angler and the Dobhar both lean on Jack-o-Moon nights, so one stretch of that weather can cover both. Once the six residents, the heirloom, and the Dobhar are done, return to Dullahan to finish the quest and earn the Fable Rose.
