Fisch Celestial Rod Mastery Guide: All Quests and Rewards

Celestial Rod mastery has three quests. Finish them by catching 365 Celestial fish, obtaining or refreshing the Celestial buff 42 times, and catching two Moon Wood with both Shiny and Celestial attributes. The reward path ends with the Falling Stars passive Enhancement.

Celestial Rod is crafted at the Ancient Archives from 2 Moonstone, 3 Moon Wood, and 1 Ancient Thread. The listed level requirement is 250. If a later patch changes the live crafting screen, use its value.

The Fisch rods list covers the rod's broader acquisition details. Once you have it, open the Fishing Rods menu, select Celestial Rod, and open its mastery panel.

Start the mastery from the Celestial Rod panel.

The panel shows the three quest cards and their rewards. The selection flow is similar to finishing Remembrance Rod mastery in Fisch, but the objectives are separate.

Celestial Rod has 50% Lure Speed, 60% Luck, 0.21 Control, 25% Resilience, a 350,000 kg maximum weight, and 70 m line distance.

Charge the Celestial effect

After 15 fish are caught, Celestial Rod grants its base Celestial effect for two minutes. It gives +100% Luck, +60% Lure Speed, +50% XP, and a 100% chance for caught fish to receive the Celestial mutation.

That 15-fish charge is the normal way to obtain or refresh the buff for Stars Collide. Progress toward getting the Celestial buff survives leaving the server, so you can work through the counters over more than one session.

Complete the three mastery quests

A Full Rotation

Objective: Catch 365 Celestial fish while the Celestial buff is active.

Reward: Twinkle Stars, the mastery-exclusive Lantern.

The counter is for Celestial fish caught under the active buff, not every fish caught with the rod.

Stars Collide

Objective: Obtain or refresh the Celestial buff 42 times.

One normal obtain or refresh comes from charging 15 fish. This card counts buff cycles, not Celestial fish, so it uses a separate counter from A Full Rotation.

Reward: Doubled Celestial buff duration Enhancement.

The reward doubles the buff duration. Use the live reward tooltip for the resulting timer instead of assuming an exact post-reward duration.

Finish Celestial Infusion with Shiny Moon Wood.

Objective: Catch 2 Moon Wood with both Shiny and Celestial attributes.

Snowcap Island is the practical destination. Interact with a Shiny Totem to start a Shiny Surge, equip Celestial Rod, and keep the Celestial buff active while you fish. Each target must show both attributes on the same Moon Wood.

Moon Wood is a Legendary crafting ingredient found at Snowcap Island. The objective does not name a bait or weather condition, so focus on the two attributes on each catch.

Reward: +10% Starting Progress on the base rod and a Celestial buff Enhancement.

Finish the reward track

Each quest has its own reward. After all three cards are complete, the mastery panel grants the Falling Stars passive Enhancement. Open its in-game tooltip for trigger details instead of guessing an interval, damage value, or other stat from the name.

The three counters are separate: 365 Celestial fish, 42 buff obtains or refreshes, and 2 Shiny Celestial Moon Wood. Keeping those targets in mind makes the panel much less mysterious, which is a polite way of saying it stops looking like a star chart.
