In Roblox Animal Hospital you work the check-in window and decide which patients come inside. Most are real animals you treat for Animal Coins, but some are anomalies in disguise.
Let one through and it reaches a medical room, turns into a Skinwalker, and hunts you and the real patients while draining your sanity. If your sanity hits zero, the shift ends.
The fix is to run the same quick screen on every patient before you open the window. The full list of named threats lives in the Animal Hospital anomalies collection, so the focus here is the routine that catches any of them.
Run these four checks on every patient
Go through the checks in order, and stop the moment something looks wrong. One clear red flag is enough to reject.
- Look at the patient in the window. Watch for hollow black eyes, an extra eye, sharp or human-like teeth, a fixed wide grin, stretched limbs, a void-black body, or any twitching.
- Compare the photo. Take or view the patient's photo and match it to the animal standing there. Mismatched faces, missing or extra horns, or a grainy static image all point to an anomaly.
- Check the CCTV feed. Some anomalies only show up on camera, like a black box over the eyes, stretched limbs, a blacked-out body, or one staring straight into the lens. The feed can change between views, so look more than once.
- Read the records. Confirm the name, species, and appointment details line up. Contradictions are a sign the patient is fake.
A real animal passes all four checks and looks normal everywhere. Anything that fails one of them should not come inside.
Reject the fake and protect your sanity
To turn an anomaly away, press the red shutter button on the left side of the reception desk. That closes the window and keeps it out.
If you admit one by mistake, it moves into a treatment room and becomes a Skinwalker. From there it roams the hospital, attacks you and the real patients, and chips away at your sanity until the shift is over.
One more habit keeps your sanity safe: do not stare at photos longer than you need to. Cursed photos can drain sanity on their own, so make the comparison and move on.
