Animal Hospital Ron's House Guide: How to Visit and Help Ron Recover

Updated on October 5, 2026 (about 12 hours ago)

Want to help Ron recover in Roblox Animal Hospital? The visit starts with Dr. Harlow's dialogue at the end of Shift 4, then moves you into a house where every visitor can affect the treatment loop. Choose the wrong Harlow option and you skip the visit for that run. Choose the visit option, match visitors to Ron's active request, reject anomalies, and carry the delivered items to him.

How to trigger Ron's house visit in Roblox Animal Hospital

If you skip the tutorial, Dr. Harlow presents the Ron visit during Shift 4. The choice appears in the hospital before you finish that shift.

Follow these steps:

  1. Play through Shift 4 after skipping the tutorial.
  2. When Dr. Harlow asks about Ron, choose "Check on Ron after the shift".
  3. Do not choose "Don't Go". That option skips Ron's house and continues the normal run.
  4. Finish Shift 4. The game teleports you to Ron's house when the shift ends.

What to do when you arrive at Ron's house

Ron is lying on a bed in the bedroom. Talk to him and read the medical supply he asks for. His request drives the rest of the scene, so remember it before you answer the door.

Visitors leave treatment items on the table in the living room. Read Ron's active request each time and use it to decide which visitor to admit next, rather than trying to follow a preset supply list.

Which visitors should you let into Ron's house?

A cat in a hazmat suit arrives first. Press the green button by the front door to let it in. The visitor sits down, and the television reports an anomaly outbreak. More visitors then arrive to seek shelter, and some of them bring medical items for Ron.

After the outbreak report, check two things before you choose a door button: whether the visitor is an anomaly and whether the visitor carries the item Ron is asking for. One player report describes a possible stall after extra ointments were admitted while Ron wanted a thermometer. Treat that as a warning, not a guaranteed failure, and match the active request when possible.

AnomalyRedThe anomaly stays out. If one enters, it attacks Ron and you, draining Health and Sanity.

If you want a refresher on identifying fake patients during a normal shift, see How to Detect Anomalies in Roblox Animal Hospital. The Ron-house loop adds the supply check to that decision.

Once a safe visitor leaves an item, pick it up from the living-room table. Do not assume that a normal-looking visitor carrying a different item will advance Ron's treatment.

How to handle the Stalker in Ron's house

A Stalker emergency can interrupt the visitor loop. Its interaction point may vary, so watch for the active prompt and act as soon as it appears.

The Stalker appears at a window during Ron's house emergency

Follow the active prompt or marked window instead of assuming the Kitchen is always correct. Interact with the Stalker, or close the active window when the game gives you that prompt, then return to the visitor loop. A mishandled Stalker can drain Sanity.

How to finish Ron's recovery

After a visitor delivers an item, take it from the living-room table to Ron in the bedroom and use it on him. Return to the table for the next delivery, read Ron's new request, and repeat the handoff. The route ends when Ron is fully cured.

Ron thanks you after the treatment is complete, and the game teleports you back to the hospital. If the scene seems stuck, check Ron's active request before admitting another visitor, look for an item on the living-room table, and respond to any Stalker prompt before returning to the door.
