What Is the Adopt Me Cat Cafe Update?
The official Adopt Me notes introduce the Cat Cafe as a new place on Adoption Island where you can hang out, interact with cats, and buy new cafe-themed food and drinks. The update's main pet item is the Kitty Biscuit, which costs 75 Robux and lets you catch one of the cafe's three featured pets.
That makes the Cat Cafe route easy to confuse with the other additions. The biscuit pool is only one part of the update, while Pain au Chat and the anniversary pets use separate systems and currencies.
Adopt Me Kitty Biscuit Pets and Odds
Each Kitty Biscuit gives you a roll from the cafe pet pool. The published outcomes are:

The 2.50% Matcha Cat rate is roughly one in 40 per biscuit, but that is probability shorthand, not a promise that the 40th purchase will give you the Legendary pet. The official notes do not publish a pity counter or guaranteed-pull rule, so treat every biscuit as another attempt rather than a milestone that must pay out.
Pain au Chat is not a fourth Kitty Biscuit result. It belongs to the Fur Release addition and has its own Ticket-based route.
How Pain au Chat Fits Into the Adopt Me Update
Pain au Chat is an Ultra Rare pet that you can hatch through the Pet Releaser, also described in the update notes as the Releaser Stand. The general route is to release spare pets for Tickets, then spend those Tickets on a Basic Egg or Crystal Egg. The official notes name Pain au Chat as a possible pet from that route, but they do not publish its individual chance from either egg.

What the Adopt Me Throwback Egg Gives You
The Roblox 20th Anniversary Throwback Egg is a third, separate route. Eggburt sells it for 400 Bucks outside the Nursery, and the named possible results are Blue Cat and Pink Dog. The update notes do not give a percentage split between those two pets, so the live egg interface is the place to check the route without assuming equal odds.

Which Adopt Me Route Should You Use?
Choose the route by the pet you want: use a 75-Robux Kitty Biscuit for Catte, Cattuccino, or Matcha Cat; use Tickets and a Basic or Crystal Egg for Pain au Chat; or save 400 Bucks for Eggburt's Throwback Egg if you want a chance at Blue Cat or Pink Dog. Keeping those currencies separate is the key to the update, especially if you are trying to avoid spending Robux on a pet that only appears in the Releaser or anniversary route.
