To finish The Hollow quest in Flee the Facility, deposit 100 Candy in the map's Candy bucket, then escape through a yellow exit door as a Survivor. Once both steps are done, return to The Hollow to claim your rewards.
Flee the Facility is a Roblox round where Survivors hack computers to unlock the exit while one player, the Beast, hunts them. Candy is the event item you collect during matches, and both roles can earn it, so you can work toward the quest whichever role you're given.

How Survivors and the Beast Earn Candy in Flee the Facility
Survivors are paid as they go. Each successful skill check pays 3 Candy, and finishing the computer adds a 10-Candy completion reward on top. Together, a full hack comes to about 25 Candy, so finishing the computers you start is worth more than the checks alone.
As the Beast, each hit pays 5 Candy, and freezing a Survivor pays about 10. Freezes pay more than hits, so they're the Beast's bigger reward. Rescuing a captured teammate also adds about 10 for Survivors.
Bank Candy in the Candy Bucket Before You Hit the 30-Candy Limit
Candy only counts toward the quest once it's deposited in the Candy bucket. Enter Flee the Facility through the portal in The Hollow, then look for the orange bucket somewhere on the active map.
You can carry up to 30 Candy at a time. Once you're holding 30, new pickups stop registering until you deposit, so anything you earn past that point is wasted. Banking often keeps you under the cap, so nothing is lost.
Carried Candy has its own risk. If a Beast fully freezes and eliminates you, the Candy you're holding is lost, although a teammate's rescue keeps it. Deposit before any chase so a freeze costs you as little as possible.
Escape Through the Exit as a Survivor to Finish the Quest
Reaching 100 in the bucket is only half the quest. Once the bucket reads 100, you still need to get out of the facility alive through a yellow exit door. That escape has to happen in a round where you're a Survivor, because rounds you finish as the Beast don't count toward this step.
Without the escape, the quest doesn't register. If you're frozen and eliminated before you reach the exit, that round doesn't count either, so you'll need to escape as a Survivor in a later match.
Claim the Beasthammer, Badge, and Tickets in The Hollow Event Hub
The quest awards four rewards:
- Beasthammer: an avatar accessory
- The Hollow 2026 badge: the quest's event badge
- 10 Tickets: event Tickets
- Still Life
To claim them:
- Leave the match and return to The Hollow.
- Confirm the reward prompt on the right side of your screen to receive the badge and 10 Tickets.
- Walk to the Beasthammer display in the hub and interact with it to claim the accessory.
