The Amazing Liquefactive Bighead is a reward from Floor 6 of Roblox's The Hollow, a limited-time event built around a dark maze. To earn it, find the Animal Hospital room in the maze, brew a relic from three colored ingredients in the cauldron there, and carry that relic back to the elevator.

Preparing for the Dark on Floor 6
Take the elevator in the event hub and choose Floor 6. The floor is dark, so buy a flashlight or Night Vision Goggles at the Little Shop of Terror with your Hollow Tickets, and equip it before you go in. Either one makes the maze easier to move through without changing the puzzle. The Mimic from the Animal Hospital also chases you on this floor, so you want to be able to see where you're going the whole time.
Finding the Animal Hospital Room in the Maze
The room's spot is random, so you can't count on a route someone else took. Explore the maze until you reach it. You'll know you've found it when the lobby looks like the Animal Hospital game.
Once you're inside, note the corridor you came from and a landmark, such as the reception area. It's easy to lose track of your position in a dark maze, so the landmark helps you find your way back.
Reading the Recipe Above the Cauldron
Turn right as you enter the room to find the cauldron. Above it, the recipe shows three colors, and those colors tell you which ingredients to bring. Note your three colors before you start searching.
Gathering the Ingredients and Brewing the Relic
The ingredients are scattered around the Animal Hospital lobby, so check corners and furniture as you search. Match each recipe color to its ingredient, then bring them to the cauldron one at a time in the order the colors appear above the cauldron:
- Put the ingredient for the first color into the cauldron.
- Go back for the ingredient for the second color, then the third.
When all three are in, the cauldron gives you the relic. If nothing happens, check that each ingredient matches a color in your recipe before you assume something is broken.
Getting the Relic Back to the Elevator
The puzzle isn't finished until the relic reaches the elevator, and the Mimic is active on the return trip too. Stick to the route you came in on instead of testing unfamiliar shortcuts. Bring the relic back to the elevator's safe area, then take the elevator to complete the floor.
What You Get for Clearing Floor 6
Take the elevator with the relic and you receive the badge and a free accessory automatically. You don't need to claim either one at a specific spot.
