How to Get and Use Monster Magnet in Blox Fruits

Updated on September 6, 2026 (3 days ago)

Monster Magnet is the key to getting Shark Anchor in Blox Fruits. It gives a normal Terrorshark a chance to become an Anchored Terrorshark, and that anchored boss is the one tied to the sword.

Crafting the magnet starts with Shark Hunter at Tiki Outpost and two prerequisite accessories. The material routes below take you through the full shopping list, then explain what to look for when the summon succeeds and how the reward owner qualifies.

How to Get Monster Magnet in Blox Fruits

Shark Hunter is at Tiki Outpost in the Third Sea. Enter the outpost and look for the first door to the left of the central building, near the docks and Boat Dealer. Shark Hunter is inside that shop.

You will not see Monster Magnet in Shark Hunter's options right away. Craft Shark Tooth Necklace and Terror Jaw first, in either order, then return to the same NPC and make the magnet.

Monster Magnet Crafting Requirements in Blox Fruits

Monster Magnet is a Mythical Material. These are the three crafts for the complete route, with the final item listed first.

Monster Magnet listed as a Mythical Material in the Blox Fruits inventory

CraftMaterials
Monster Magnet2 Terror Eyes, 8 Electric Wings, 20 Fool's Gold, 10 Shark Tooth
Shark Tooth Necklace1 Mutant Tooth, 5 Shark Tooth
Terror Jaw1 Terror Eyes, 2 Mutant Tooth, 10 Fool's Gold, 5 Shark Tooth

Starting with an empty inventory, use 3 Terror Eyes, 3 Mutant Tooth, 30 Fool's Gold, 20 Shark Tooth, and 8 Electric Wings as your shopping target. That total includes the two accessories as well as the final magnet, so the 10 Shark Tooth in the first row is only part of what you need.

Where to Find Every Monster Magnet Material

MaterialWhere to get it
Terror EyesDefeat Terrorsharks in the Third Sea for a possible drop.
Mutant ToothDefeat Terrorsharks in the Third Sea; the standard Terrorshark reward includes one.
Electric WingsDefeat Piranhas, especially along the Third Sea route.
Fool's GoldComplete Ship Raids, Haunted Ship Raids, and Ghost Ship Raids in the Third Sea.
Shark ToothDefeat Sharks in Sea Danger Levels 0–6.

Terrorsharks help with two ingredients: Terror Eyes can drop from them, and their standard reward includes a Mutant Tooth. Once you have the materials and both accessories, return to Shark Hunter before you set out for the sword.

How to Use Monster Magnet in Blox Fruits

Before sailing, decide which player should receive Shark Anchor. You can carry one Monster Magnet at a time, so keep it in that player's inventory and have the same player drive the boat in the Third Sea. Other players can help with the fight.

Sail until a normal Terrorshark appears in Sea Danger Levels 2–6. The magnet gives that encounter a chance to become anchored; the ordinary form itself does not award Shark Anchor. When the conversion succeeds, the game displays Your Monster Magnet has attracted an irregular beast.... The magnet is consumed immediately, and the boss changes into an Anchored Terrorshark with a visible anchor and 195,000 HP.

If more than one player carries a magnet, the game selects one when the conversion succeeds. Only that magnet is consumed, while the other magnets remain in their owners' inventories. Once the message appears, the spent magnet is not returned if the boss disappears or the attempt fails.

Is Monster Magnet Required for Leviathan or Frozen Dimension?

No. Monster Magnet is for the Anchored Terrorshark and Shark Anchor route, while Leviathan and Frozen Dimension are separate sea-event paths. It is also different from Magnet Fruit; the Magnet Fruit guide covers that separate fruit.

How to Get Shark Anchor in Blox Fruits

Shark Anchor goes to the player whose Monster Magnet was consumed. The 10% damage rule is community-documented, so treat 19,500 damage, or 10% of the Anchored Terrorshark's 195,000 HP, as the minimum and aim a little higher. Defeat the boss while the encounter is active for the eligible player to receive the sword.

The Anchored Terrorshark can disappear if the magnet owner dies, if players leave its area, or after roughly 15 minutes. Treat that timing as a warning rather than a hard timer. Stay in range and keep the owner alive; a helper can finish only if the boss remains active, so do not plan around a recovery after death.

The Terrorshark encounter also gives these progression rewards:

RewardAmount
Level+1 unless already capped
Beli20,000–25,000
Fragments300
Valor1,000
Mutant Tooth1
Terror EyesPossible drop

Those rewards are useful extras. The real finish is defeating the Anchored Terrorshark after the eligible player clears the damage requirement, so keep that player in range until the boss falls.
