Early Anime Piece accessories are items you equip to get passive boosts to stats like Health, Stamina and Regeneration. Most drop from enemies and bosses on the first few islands. Scouter is bought from an NPC, and Monkey Cape and Monkey Crown can also be bought from the Monkey Trader.
| Accessory | Stat boosts | How to get it |
|---|---|---|
| Pirate Hat | +35 Health | Drops from Bandits on Foosha Island |
| Pirate Eyepatch | +25 Stamina | Drops from Higaro's Bandits on Foosha Island |
| Monkey Cape | +45 Health | Drops from Warrior Monkey on Foosha Island; sold by the Monkey Trader |
| Scouter | +15 Health, +5% Stamina Regeneration | Bought from the Sakano NPC on West Island for $3,500 |
| Higaro Necklace | +15 Stamina, +5% Stamina Regeneration | Drops from the Higaro Boss on Foosha Island |
| Red Jacket | +3% Health Regeneration, +3% Stamina Regeneration | Drops from Red Brawler on West Island |
| Monkey Crown | +100 Health, +100 Stamina | Drops from the Monkey King on Jungle Island; sold by the Monkey Trader |
What Early Anime Piece Accessory Stats Do
Once you equip an accessory, its bonus applies to your character without any extra steps. Health and Stamina boosts raise those bars, which gives you more room in a fight. Regeneration bonuses help the bars refill faster after you've used them.

Monkey Crown is the one to look at if you want a large boost to both Health and Stamina from a single piece, since it adds +100 to each. Red Jacket works differently, putting both of its bonuses into Regeneration. Pick based on what your character is short on.
Where to Farm Early Accessories on Foosha, Jungle and West Islands
Foosha Island is the starting area, and four of the early pieces drop from enemies found there. Bandits, Higaro's Bandits and Warrior Monkeys are the regular enemies you'll meet while you level, so you can pick up Pirate Hat, Pirate Eyepatch and Monkey Cape without leaving the island. Higaro Necklace is the exception, since it comes from the Higaro Boss, so you'll be hunting one specific target.
Drops are chance-based, so expect to repeat runs against the same enemy before the piece you want shows up. It helps to start with the stat you need most and farm that piece first.
Monkey Crown comes from the Monkey King, a boss on Jungle Island, which is the first stop after Foosha on the suggested route. Red Jacket drops from Red Brawler on West Island, the stop after Jungle Island.
Buying Scouter, Monkey Cape and Monkey Crown From NPCs
Scouter doesn't drop from enemies, so you'll buy it from the Sakano NPC on West Island for $3,500. Save that cash before you make the trip, then:
- Find Sakano on West Island.
- Check that you have $3,500 in cash.
- Buy Scouter and equip it.
The Monkey Trader sells Monkey Cape for 80 Bananas, so you can skip the Warrior Monkey farm if you'd rather trade. You can find the trader on Foosha Island and Jungle Island. The trader also sells Monkey Crown, so you can skip the Monkey King fight if you'd rather buy.
If you're heading to Online Island later, the Jewelry Specialist is an optional NPC to find. You'll find them just to the right of the Crystal Mine, and their blue suit makes them easy to spot.
