Craft Starku (Resurrected) from three Artifacts
Speak to the Crafting NPC in the lobby, select the Starku (Resurrected) recipe, and press Craft after you have all three Artifacts.

- KTR-3 Ascendant x1: 10%
- KTR-3 Perfected x1: 6%
- KTR-3 Empowered x1: 4%
- KTR-3 Intact x1: 2%
- Lone Wolf Eyepatch

- Azure Saint Blade

The percentages are the values shown beside the KTR components, not confirmed Artifact drop rates. Azure Saint Blade also shows a mixed KTR-1 and KTR-2 pattern, so check that row in the live Crafting panel before farming the wrong materials.
The Artifact components come from Karakura Town Story mode stages. No exact Act or stage numbers are confirmed, so use the in-game stage rewards instead of guessing a route.
Farm the materials and evolve it into Starku (Primordial)
Once Starku (Resurrected) is crafted, the listed evolution target is Starku (Primordial). You need four Remnants and one copy of Wolf Spirit Pistols (Black).

Remnants can be crafted or earned from Challenges. Prismatic Remnant is the hardest of the listed Remnants to obtain, so check your material stock before spending time on the other requirements. Wolf Spirit Pistols (Black) are listed as a drop from Karakura Town Legend Mode Stage 2, with a 5% chance after clearing it. The exact drop route and rate come from a single current snapshot, so verify the Evolution panel and stage reward in your session if they do not match.
Place Starku (Primordial) alone and lean into Slow
Starku (Primordial) is a Mythic Ground unit. Its passives reward open placement and give you a simple damage setup: keep it away from nearby allies, then let its Slow effect create the bonus-damage condition.
- Lone Gunslinger: Starku gets +10% Damage and +10% Range while no other units are placed within 50% of its range.
- Gun Smoke: Its attacks Slow enemies by 15% for 3 seconds. Starku then deals +15% Damage to Slowed enemies.
Place Starku with enough empty space to trigger Lone Gunslinger. Avoid stacking another unit inside that spacing check. Once Gun Smoke applies Slow, the bonus-damage condition is active. A little personal space does a surprising amount of work here.
