Anime Origins is a free Roblox anime tower defense from Origins Project. You summon units, place them on the path, and push Story, Infinite, Raids, and more. New players often burn gems on random pulls before early Story is clearable. Start with codes, Story first clears on Normal and Hard, then a Hill unit that can hit flying enemies.

Start with codes, Story, and the Beginner's Banner
- Redeem active codes when you can. Codes grant gems, Trait Rerolls, Stat Prisms, and other free packs. Open the Codes button on the right-side menu, paste a live code, and claim it. Many codes need Level 10. A few release or event codes work earlier, so recheck the menu once you hit that level.
- Clear Story on Normal and Hard. Open Story from the Play flow, pick a stage, and run it on Normal, then again on Hard. Each difficulty has its own first-clear rewards, so skipping Hard leaves a large early gem and progress pile on the table.
- Spend early gems on the Beginner's Banner (or main Summon). Put free and first-clear gems into early summons instead of hoarding them. Your first real target is Vegita, the Mythic Hill unit that covers flying enemies most early Ground units cannot hit.

Vegita is easy to evolve for a Mythic and plugs the early Story wall: most starter units are Ground, and flying waves punish an all-Ground board. Hill placement is the fix, not chasing a Secret on day one.
Build a team that can clear early Story

Build around roles, not shiny rarity labels. A rough early priority order:
| Priority | Unit | Role |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Vegita | Best early Hill coverage; easy Mythic evolve path |
| 2 | Bluma | Farm unit for income on longer clears |
| 3 | Goki | Ground damage; easy early evolve |
| 4 | Aneko | Second Hill option for flying waves |
| 5 | Itsugo | Smooth rare-to-Mythic path when you need another body |
If Story still falls apart with "strong" units, check placement types. You almost always lack Hill coverage. Add Vegita or Aneko before you dump more gems into Secrets you cannot place well yet.
Once a unit is worth keeping, evolve it. Evolution needs Remnants from Challenges plus unit-specific materials from Legend Stages and mode shops. Level matters too: raids, some shops, and many codes open around Level 10, so Story clears and dailies that push level pay off twice.
What to farm once the first Story clears are done
When main Story first clears feel comfortable, switch to a short daily loop instead of opening every mode at once:
- Legend Stages for evolution materials on units you already play.
- Daily Challenges for gems, EXP, and Remnants.
- War Boss, Rift, and Raid shops when unlocked, for mats, Fusion Chips, rerolls, and other craft pieces.
- Infinite Mansion as stretch content once the core loop is stable.
Gems and Trait Rerolls also come from quests, playtime rewards, challenges, shops, and codes. Spend them on proven units first. Traits and Ascension (permanent levels from dupes or Fusion Cores near Summon) are real power later, not day-one homework. Wait until a unit has earned its slot, then invest.
When early Story is easy and you have Hill plus farm coverage, fill the roles you still lack instead of every shiny banner face.
