All 14 Mutations in Steal a Brainrot

Updated on (19 days ago)

A mutation changes a Brainrot's look and multiplies the cash it earns. Each Brainrot can have only one mutation, so a stronger multiplier can make the same character much more valuable without changing which Brainrot it is.

A Brainrot without a special mutation uses the Default form and earns at its normal rate. Gold, Diamond, and Rainbow can appear on new Brainrots from the Red Carpet. Their spawn chances differ, so spotting a Rainbow is a much rarer payday than finding Gold or Diamond.

Limited mutations follow event rules instead. Their named events applied the mutation to Brainrots that spawned while the event was active. Once that run ends, old seasonal mutations usually depend on Admin Abuse or a special rerun, which means an introduction date is history, not a promise that the mutation is obtainable right now.

Compare the income multiplier before trading for a mutated Brainrot, then check availability and acquisition together. A high multiplier is useful, but a retired event mutation may be harder to replace than a permanent Red Carpet variant. Phantom belongs to a seasonal rotation, while earlier limited mutations depend on reruns unless their event returns.

FAQ

Q.

Can a Brainrot have more than one mutation?

No. A Brainrot can have only one mutation at a time, so mutation multipliers do not stack with each other.

Q.

How do mutations affect income?

Each mutation multiplies the Brainrot's normal income by its listed value. Default keeps the normal rate, while special mutations raise it.

Q.

How do you get permanent and limited mutations?

Permanent mutations can appear on Brainrots from the Red Carpet. Limited mutations are applied during their named events and may return through Admin Abuse, a special rerun, or a seasonal rotation.

Q.

Does an introduction date mean a mutation is available now?

No. The introduction date shows when the mutation first appeared. Check its availability and acquisition details to see whether it is permanent or tied to an event return.
