Duel other players or bots with cards in Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond. It's a free card battle game from Cygames, the studio behind the original Shadowverse. It launched worldwide on June 17, 2025, for iPhone, Android, and PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store. You build a 40-card deck around one of seven classes, called crafts, such as Swordcraft or Forestcraft, and then face another player or a bot.
Each match is a one-on-one fight, and you win by bringing the enemy leader's defense down to zero. You start with four cards and can redraw each one once, which helps you avoid a starting hand you cannot use. Every turn you draw a card, and your maximum play points rise by one, up to ten. Each card costs play points to put into play, so you have to pick the plays that matter most that turn.
Followers you play usually attack from the turn after they arrive, and evolving them at the right moment makes them stronger. Between battles, the daily login gives you a free pack, and missions and solo modes earn Rupies, the main currency, which buys more packs. Extra copies of a card can be turned into Vials, which craft the exact cards your deck needs, and ranked matches are where you test that deck and climb the ranks.

Revenants of Azvaldt Cards
Revenants of Azvaldt is a card set for Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond, built around characters from the original game who come back as Revenants. Its cards cover Neutral and every class group, and each class has a Convict and a Revenant Legendary, with Abysscraft's Legendary cards each pairing two characters. Zerael, Sundered Rebirth is the set's Neutral Legendary, and Azvaldt, Penitentiary of Chaos carries the set's name.
Card Sets
Card sets are the themed groups of new cards that Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond releases in packs, and each one adds its own characters and ideas. Basic cards sit outside every set and work in every format. Rotation uses a moving window of sets, Unlimited and Boundless open every set, and Simplified uses only the original cards from the first set.
Blossoming Fate Cards
Blossoming Fate is the fifth card set in Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond, with new cards across Neutral and all seven classes. Its Runecraft cards build on Earth Rite and Spellboost, with Emperor of Elements and Ara, Dawnblossom among the standouts. Neutral cards such as Fate of the World and World of Games draw cards and fit into many decks, and every card in the set comes from the Blossoming Fate pack.

Leader Skins
Leader skins are alternate looks for the leaders in Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond, and you choose one for each craft in your profile. A skin changes how a leader looks, moves and sounds in battle without changing the match itself. Players get them through exchange tickets, the Battle Pass, the shop and limited-time collaborations.
Shadowverse WB gameplay tips
- Clear the First Farer missions early. Clearing them lets you choose a prebuilt deck to keep, so you have a playable deck while you save up for new cards.
- Open the daily free pack every day. Skipped days don't roll over, so a missed login is a pack you lose for good, and free packs are the cheapest way to grow your collection.
- If you go second, spend your Bonus Play Point on the turn it changes the most. The player going second gets one extra play point to use during a single turn, which helps make up for the first player's head start. Use it when one more point lets you answer a threat or play a stronger card.
- Save Super Evolution for a turn that decides the match. A super-evolved follower gets +3 attack and +3 defense, and it can't take damage or be destroyed by abilities during your turn. Each player gets two per match, so spending one on a small edge wastes it. The earliest you can use it is turn 7 as the first player, or turn 6 as the second.
- Redraw expensive cards in your opening hand. Your play points start low and rise by only one each turn, so a hand full of costly cards can leave you with nothing to play early. You can redraw each opening card once, so use that to swap out the expensive ones.
- Practice with AI Tips turned on. Practice mode lets you play a computer opponent with any deck you choose, and AI Tips points out the strongest play in a given spot. Solo modes also pay out Rupies, so you earn while you learn.
