Food Mastery is more about menu growth and ingredient spending. Building and Gardening sit closer to decor, farm, and build-mode progress. Leadership and Management care about workers, upgrades, stars, and restaurant systems, which means they grow while you make the place less chaotic. A noble goal, honestly.
Watch rewards before you grind
Milestone rewards are not all the same kind of prize. Some tracks give speed boosts, some improve tip or special-customer chances, and some unlock shops, stands, starter restaurants, farm access, Diamonds, or trophies. Serving unlocks Ice Cream Stand Access at level 6, Food Mastery unlocks Pizza Stand Access at level 5, and Chopping and Baking award the Chopper and Baker titles at level 10.
