In Lethal Company, a co-op horror game, you collect scrap from abandoned moons and sell it to the Company. You can play with up to four friends or go solo. Each trip starts at your ship, where the terminal lets you pick a moon and buy gear like flashlights, shovels, and walkie-talkies. After you land, you explore the moon and its facility, a factory, mansion, or mine full of rooms, traps, and monsters, and gather as much scrap as you can carry.
Scrap is how you make money. You sell it to the Company at 71-Gordion, and the credits pay for better gear, riskier but higher-paying moons, and decorations for your ship. Each deadline lasts three days and comes with a profit quota you have to hit. Meet it and the next one asks for more, but miss it and you're fired, the run ends, and you start over from the beginning.
Teammates who stay on the ship can help from the terminal and radar, and that help matters, because nights outside are especially dangerous. The ship leaves at midnight with or without you, so you have to be back in time. Over the long run, the aim is to survive as many deadlines as you can and fill your bestiary by scanning creatures.

Game data
Scrap
Scrap items are the salvage players collect from abandoned moons and carry back to their ship. Each one is sold to the Company for credits, and every item has its own value range that the game picks from. The payout rises as the quota deadline gets closer, and the most valuable pieces are cash registers, bee hives, and gold bars.
Moons
Lethal Company's moons are the planets your ship flies to for scrap, and each has its own terrain, monsters, and hazard rating. Free moons cost nothing to reach, while the paid ones cost between 150 and 1,500 credits to route to. Embrion and Artifice are hidden from the terminal's list, and Artifice carries the S++ hazard rating. The Company Building, 71-Gordion, is the only place where you can sell scrap.
Store Equipment
Store equipment is the set of tools you buy from the ship's terminal with credits earned by selling scrap. Gear covers seeing, moving, and staying in contact with your crew, while weapons like the Shovel, Stun Grenade, and Zap Gun help you deal with monsters. Purchases arrive by drop pod on the moon where your ship is parked, and most of them go into a utility slot while you carry them.
Collectibles
Creatures
The creatures of Lethal Company are grouped into indoor, outdoor and daytime encounters. They range from harmless wildlife to hunters that chase players down, and most react to what they see, hear or carry. The in-game Bestiary logs each creature once you scan it.
Lethal Company gameplay tips
- Keep one player on the ship and have them watch the radar. The radar can flag traps for the crew outside, so the team gets a warning before walking into one.
- Start heading back well before midnight. If no living player is on board when the ship leaves, everything you collected is lost, so a late return can wipe out the whole trip.
- Plan each trip around the quota. Make sure the scrap you bring back will meet the quota when you sell it at 71-Gordion, because a missed quota ends the run.
- Hold your scrap until the last day of the deadline before selling. Before that, the Company pays only part of each item's value, and the terminal shows the daily rate. On the final day everything sells at full value, so waiting can bring in more credits for the same haul.
- Ask the ship to open locked doors or switch off turrets, mines and spike traps. The terminal can open security doors and turn off landmines, turrets and spike traps for a while, which can clear a path when your team is stuck.
- Stay within earshot of your team. Voice chat only reaches players nearby, so keep the group close, especially when the crew has to coordinate on a dangerous trip.
