It is found at one of the sides of the game area, at the opposite side of the Seed Shop and the Sell Stuff stand and is between the Cosmetics Shop and the Pet Eggs Shop. The initial gear stock in the shop is the same throughout all servers, and changes every 5 minutes, bringing in a new set of gear to buy.
