All 10 Eggs in Grow a Garden 2

Updated on (5 days ago)

Eggs are the only door to pets in Grow a Garden 2, and pets are the passive engine of a good garden: speed boosts, jump boosts, growth bonuses, all hatched from the same shells. Each egg rolls a pet from its pool, with rarer eggs bending the odds toward the top of the roster and every pet carrying a slim chance of hatching in Big or Mega size.

How hatching odds work

Every egg lists its pet pool with percentages, and each pet in the pool also has much smaller Big and Mega variants (roughly fifty times and a thousand times rarer than the base roll). That means the same Common Egg that mostly hatches Frogs and Bunnies is also technically the lottery ticket for a Mega Unicorn.

Where eggs come from

Garden Valley eggs flow from guild weekly rewards, site perks, and the Admin Chest, with the Mega Egg as the chest exclusive. The Fall Harvest world runs its own four-egg ladder through Cornucopia Quests, plus the store-sold Exclusive Harvest Egg with a small Secret-tier pool. Since guild rewards are weekly, joining an active guild is the single biggest egg-income upgrade available.

Hatching strategy

  • Hatch low eggs freely for utility pets: speed and jump pets improve every session regardless of rarity.
  • Save higher-tier eggs until you care about specific top-pool pets, since their advantage is concentrated at the rare end.
  • The fall eggs pull from a different roster, so a filled valley collection does not mean a filled fall one.

FAQ

Q.

How do you get eggs in Grow a Garden 2?

Guild weekly rewards and the Admin Chest cover the Garden Valley eggs, Cornucopia Quests pay out the Fall Harvest ladder, and the Exclusive Harvest Egg sells in the store. Joining an active guild is the steadiest egg income.

Q.

What are Big and Mega pets?

Size variants that any pool pet can hatch as, at far lower odds (a Big roll is about fifty times rarer than the base pet, a Mega about two thousand times). Bigger variants carry stronger versions of the pet's boost.

Q.

Do rarer eggs hatch different pets?

Within a world, eggs share a roster but shift the odds: higher-tier eggs weight the rare end of the pool much more heavily. The fall eggs use a separate roster entirely.

Q.

What is the rarest egg?

The store-exclusive Exclusive Harvest Egg sits at Secret tier with a four-pet pool, and the retired Sugar Egg is unobtainable outright. Among earnable valley eggs, the Admin Chest's Mega Egg tops the ladder.
