In Grow a Garden 2, one mutation can turn an ordinary harvest into a much bigger Sheckles payout. Before you sell a Gold, Rainbow, Electric, Frozen, Starstruck, or Bloodlit crop, use this calculator to check what the mutation does to the value.
Pick the crop, type the normal crop value, choose the mutation, and set how many crops you are selling. The calculator shows the estimated value for one crop and for the full stack.

How to use the calculator
First, choose the crop you are checking. The crop picker is there to help you stay on the right Grow a Garden 2 crop, especially when you are comparing single-harvest and multi-harvest plants.
Next, enter the crop's normal value. Use the value before the mutation you want to test. For example, if a normal crop would sell for 2,000 Sheckles and you want to test Bloodlit, type 2000.
Then choose the mutation and enter the quantity. Quantity is useful when you harvested several of the same crop and want to know the full sell value before cashing out.
Formula
The calculator uses a simple value formula:
Normal crop value × mutation multiplier × quantity = estimated total value
So a 2,000 Sheckle crop with a 10x mutation becomes 20,000 Sheckles for one crop. If you have 3 of them, the estimated total is 60,000 Sheckles.
What the result means
Use the result to decide whether a mutated crop is worth selling now or holding while you plan your next seed, pet, sprinkler, or night-defense purchase. The number is most useful when you already know the normal value of the crop you are checking.
The crop picker keeps the calculator tied to Grow a Garden 2 crops and shows useful context such as seed price, rarity, and harvest type. It does not force you into a fixed crop value because crop value can depend on the exact fruit you are checking.
The calculator handles one selected mutation at a time. If Grow a Garden 2 adds a new mutation before its multiplier is clear, enter a custom multiplier only after you have checked it in game.
If your normal crop value is 5,000 Sheckles and you choose Starstruck at 50x, one crop is estimated at 250,000 Sheckles. If you enter quantity 4, the estimated total is 1,000,000 Sheckles.
Use the normal crop value before the mutation you are testing. If the game already shows a final mutated sale value, do not multiply that number again. This calculator is for checking how much the mutation adds on top of the normal value.
Use it right after a crop mutates, before you sell a batch, or when you are deciding whether a rare mutation is enough to fund your next upgrade. It is especially helpful for high multipliers such as Electric, Starstruck, and Bloodlit, where the final value can jump quickly.
FAQ
What value should I type in?
Type the crop's normal value before the mutation you want to test. If you only know the final mutated value, do not multiply it again.
Why does a mutation show a custom multiplier box?
That can happen when Grow a Garden 2 adds a new mutation before its multiplier is clear. Enter a custom multiplier only after you have checked it in game.
Can I calculate several crops at once?
Yes. Set the quantity field to the number of crops you want to check. The result shows both per-crop value and total value.
Is this for the old Grow a Garden game?
No. This calculator is for Grow a Garden 2. The older Grow a Garden crop calculator is a separate tool.
Can I use this for planning upgrades?
Yes. After you estimate the value of a mutated crop stack, compare the result with the seed, pet, gear, or sprinkler you want to buy next.
