Vehicles carry your logs to the chipper, and Carry sets how many logs fit in each trip. Compare Carry, Speed and how long each purchase lasts, along with the price.

Which Chop A Forest Vehicle to Buy First
Rusty Runabout is the first Coin vehicle to buy, at 500 Coins for 50 logs. That's 10 Coins per log of Carry, the lowest price per log in the Coin tier.
Farmhand Pickup costs 2,800 Coins for 75 logs and Speed 39. That's 2,300 more Coins than the Rusty for 25 more logs and 3 more Speed.
Timber Flatbed costs 6,500 Coins for 100 logs and Speed 42. Over the Farmhand, it adds 25 logs and 3 Speed for 3,700 more Coins.
Price per log leaves out Speed, so it only shows part of the picture.
Which Gem Vehicle to Save For
Stakebed Hauler is the first Gem-priced vehicle: 300 Gems for 125 logs and Speed 45. That's about 2.4 Gems per log, the lowest of the Gem vehicles, and it also has the lowest Speed of them.
Ridge Dumper costs 600 Gems for 150 logs and Speed 48, about 4 Gems per log. That's double the Stakebed's price for 25 more logs and 3 more Speed.
Ranger 6x6 costs 1,200 Gems for 175 logs and Speed 51, about 6.9 Gems per log. That's twice Ridge Dumper's 600 Gems for 25 more logs and 3 more Speed (48 to 51).
Timber Hauler costs 2,000 Gems for 200 logs and Speed 54, about 10 Gems per log. Compared with the Ranger 6x6, that's 800 more Gems for 25 more logs and 3 more Speed (51 to 54).
The price per log climbs at every step. Stakebed Hauler keeps the Gem cost down. Timber Hauler costs more for a bigger load and higher Speed.
Are Robux Vehicles Worth It in Chop A Forest?
Every Robux vehicle carries more than the Timber Hauler's 200 logs and has higher Speed than its 54. Whether that's worth 120 Robux or more depends on how much extra Carry and Speed you want.
Big Timber Rig costs 120 to 149 Robux for 225 logs and Speed 57. That's 25 more logs and 3 more Speed than the Timber Hauler, and at about 0.5 to 0.7 Robux per log, it's the cheapest Robux option per log.
Ironwood 8x8 sits in the middle at 240 to 299 Robux for 260 logs and Speed 60. Over the Big Timber Rig, it adds 35 logs and 3 Speed.
Timber King carries 300 logs at Speed 64 and costs 400 to 499 Robux. That's about 1.3 to 1.7 Robux per log, the highest per-log price of the Robux vehicles, so its larger load and higher Speed come at a steeper price.
Robux prices have changed between updates, so plan for the top number in each range.
FAQ
Is Speed measured in real-world units?
Speed is a plain game number with no real-world unit attached. Use it to compare vehicles with each other, not to work out real travel time.
