Chop trees, pick up the logs yourself, and haul them to a Timber Chomp to sell for Coins. Spend your Coins on tools, more carrying room and upgrades, and the same work takes fewer swings and fewer trips.
Each fence stays shut until the current zone reaches 100%, and Coins can't open it. Every new zone has a sell point. After the last Aspen falls in Golden Aspens, talk to The Businessman by the safe to finish the full clear. Solo and friend runs save.

Game data
Classes:
Classes are stat boosts for the run you're in. Each one mixes Power, Walk Speed, Sell Price, Rare Tree Luck and Carry in its own way, so the stat you're missing matters more than rarity. Start with Lumberjack at 180 Gems, then pick the next class by the stat your run lacks.
Tools:
Tools in Chop A Forest decide how fast trees fall, how logs reach your bag and how much you can carry. You start with free Fists, and a 150-Coin Axe speeds up the chopping. Start with the tool that fixes your slowest step, then check whether it's a Coin buy or a Robux pass before you spend.
Tool Upgrades:
Hands Speed makes punches faster, Hands Hold keeps them going while you hold the button, and Grasp picks up more logs per grab. Axe Sharpness cuts how many hits a tree takes, while Walk Speed and Chipper Speed reduce walking time and the wait at the chipper.
Gem Perks:
Gem Perks are upgrades you buy with Gems in the Shop. Sell Value and Bigger Bundle work on logs, but one pays more Coins for each log and the other lets you carry more of them. If logs are what's holding you back, start with these.
Vehicles:
More Carry means fewer trips to the chipper, and each vehicle holds more logs than the one before. The currency changes as you climb, from Coins to Gems to Robux. Rusty Runabout is the first Coin vehicle, at 500 Coins for 50 logs, so it's the place to start.
Mutations:
Some Chop A Forest trees are mutated, and their logs sell for more than normal. Golden, Candy and Frost trees also pay Gems when you chop them. If you want Rainbow trees, look at Rainbowmaker, which turns cut trees Rainbow.
Zones:
Start in Oak Wood and clear each zone in order. Golden Aspens is the final stop.
Collectibles
Badges:
Chop A Forest badges cover first joins, trees felled, tool purchases and forest clears. Timed clears have separate targets from the Forest Cleared badge.

Chop A Forest Gameplay Tips
- Save up 150 Coins for the Axe at the Tool Shop. It fells trees in fewer hits than your fists, so it's worth buying before many Hands upgrades.
- Buy the first Backpack for 175 Coins at the stump by the Sell Logs pad. It holds 10 logs, and about 5 more still fit in your hands, so you can carry about 15 logs in total and make fewer trips to sell.
- Chop Oak and Birch trees at the base for about 5 to 6 logs each. Cut higher and you get only about 3, so the base cut gives you more logs per tree.
- A plain log sells for 1 Coin. Golden trees pay 3 times that per log, Candy trees 4 times and Frost trees 5 times. Mutated trees also give Gems when felled.
