Build a Base and Steal Wiki

Gear is the held tools you use to break into bases, knock raiders, and move while stealing pets. Buy bats and coils from the gear shop (starter bat first, then stronger bats and speed or jump coils as you progress), and treat Robux options like Dual Coil or Void Rod as separate choices. Void Rod is fishing luck only, not a raid weapon, and the pet named Bat is not the same as a bat weapon.

Pets earn passive cash from your base in Build a Base and Steal. Roll them at the Egg Mystery platform or steal them from other players, then defend them while they generate income online or offline. Rebirth resets your pets but permanently raises Pet Luck, and each tier names exact pets that must sit in your base when you confirm the reset.

Pet mutations are optional tags that multiply both money per second and sell value on one pet at a time. Golden usually comes from Egg Mystery Pet Rolls, while Cosmic, Inferno, and Admin mutations drop during named live events with higher multipliers. Picking the right mutation tier matters when you are building income or prepping pets to defend from steals.
