What makes a head "dynamic"
A dynamic head carries a rigged, animatable face. Where supported, it can play expressions, lip-sync in experiences that use voice features, and react in ways a flat texture can't. Support depends on the experience and your settings. In games without it, the head simply displays its neutral sculpt.
