Floor 8 of The Hollow, Roblox's Halloween event, is a maze with a five-item puzzle inside it. To finish it, you find the puzzle room, place each item on its matching pedestal, and carry the Floor 8 Relic back to the elevator.

Finding the Puzzle Room on Floor 8 of The Hollow
Start at the elevator in the event hub and take it to Floor 8. Don't count on a route you memorized, because the puzzle room doesn't always sit in the same spot. Explore the maze until you find the purple-tinted room.
The five puzzle items sit on a table near the start of the puzzle area. That table is your base, and you'll come back to it after every trip, so note where it is before you wander off. Keeping one hand on the same wall is a simple way to cover ground in a maze, though it won't always be the quickest route.
Placing the Five Puzzle Items, One Trip at a Time
Each item has one matching pedestal somewhere on the floor, and the pedestals glow so they stand out in the dark maze. Since you can hold only one item at a time, the puzzle is really five separate round trips. Each trip follows the same four steps:
- Pick up one item from the table at your base.
- Find the pedestal that matches it. They're spread across the whole floor.
- Place the item on its pedestal.
- Head back to the table and repeat until all five are placed.
Start with the item whose pedestal is closest to the table. A short first trip lets you learn the layout before you take on the longer walks. As you go, keep three places in mind: the table, the pedestal you're heading for, and the elevator.
Returning the Floor 8 Relic to the Elevator
Once the fifth item is on its pedestal, pick up the Floor 8 Relic. Carry it to the elevator, which is the exit from the floor, and head straight there with the relic in hand. That last walk completes Floor 8.
