Get a Car and Equip the Ghost Radar Before You Search
Mojave Valley is an open-world map, and walking makes the search slow. A car lets you cover ground quickly while you keep an eye on the radar.
- Head to the Dealership and buy a vehicle you like.
- Equip the Ghost Radar from your inventory. It's already there, so you don't need to get it.
- If it's still daytime, wait for night before you start searching.
How Ghost Spawns and the Ghost Radar Work in Mojave Valley
Ghost spawn locations keep rotating. That means there's no exact spot to memorize, so treat each area as a place to search rather than a fixed spot on the map.
The Ghost Radar does the tracking. When a ghost spawns nearby, it shows a circular indicator, and you follow that signal to reach it. Keep the radar in view as you drive, since its signal is what points you to each ghost.
Start at the Dealership and Gas Station
Check the Dealership parking lot first. It's one of the easiest areas to search, and since it's the main spawn point, you'll be there to buy your car anyway. The Gas Station is next. Ghosts have turned up here before, so give it a quick sweep before you head out on the longer route.
Route to Green Lane Homes, Yuko Ramen, and WcLos
Green Lane Homes, Yuko Ramen, and WcLos are all reached from Fuente Street, so one drive covers all three. Start at the Dealership and follow these steps.
- Leave the Dealership and turn right onto the road in front of it.
- Continue straight until you reach a four-way intersection, then turn right toward Fuente Street.
- Follow Fuente Street and turn left at Green Lane Homes. The area has unclaimed houses, and a ghost has turned up here.
- Continue along Fuente Street past Green Lane Homes. Look to your right to spot Yuko Ramen, where ghosts have also turned up.
- Keep going along the same road past Yuko Ramen. WcLos is on your left, on the site of a restaurant that used to stand there. Two ghosts have turned up at this spot before, so it's worth a longer search.
Other Mojave Valley Ghost Spots to Check
If the main areas come up empty, two more places are worth searching. Treat these as possible search areas rather than guaranteed spawns.
- Police Department: Sits between Tray's Barbecue and Junaid's Motor Works.
- The Palm Coffee and Tea: Beside the lake, near the DMV. Check the area around the shop.
Searching these spots still comes down to the radar, so keep it equipped while you check them.
