Grain Lily is a Mythical, event-limited crop from the Fall Market in the original Grow a Garden. You do not buy its seed from the normal Seed Shop. Instead, you work through Fall Bloom to unlock the Autumn Seed Pack, then open packs until the 4.5% Grain Lily roll succeeds.
The route only works while the Fall Market is live in the original Grow a Garden experience. Once you obtain the seed, Grain Lily is a Multi-Harvest crop, so you can keep the plant after collecting its flowers.
How to get Grain Lily in Grow a Garden
Follow this route to unlock packs and start rolling for the seed:
- Enter the Fall Market and find Harvest Spirit. Talk to the event NPC to see the plant trait currently requested for Fall Bloom.
- Submit plants with the requested trait. Gather matching plants, then give them to Harvest Spirit to fill the Fall Bloom progress meter. The request can be Berry, Fruit, Flower, Vegetable, Tropical, Prickly, or Woody.
- Complete the Fall Bloom contribution three times. Keep submitting valid plants until the meter completes and the event gives you a reward. Repeat the contribution requirement until you have made three Fall Bloom contributions.
- Use the Fall Seed Shop. After the third contribution, the Autumn Seed Pack unlocks in the event shop. The listed price is 10,000,000 Sheckles or 199 Robux.
- Open Autumn Seed Packs. Each pack has a 4.5% chance to give a Grain Lily seed. That is a separate roll for every pack, so three Fall Bloom contributions unlock the shop purchase but do not guarantee Grain Lily.
You can also receive an Autumn Seed Pack from a completed Fall Bloom. The reward pool includes an Autumn Crate, a Fall Egg, a Fall Crate, and 10 Watering Cans, so a completed Bloom does not guarantee another pack.
How to farm Fall Bloom contributions and Autumn Seed Packs
The repeatable loop starts with the request at Harvest Spirit. Keep a mix of crops across the seven trait categories in your garden or backpack, then check the request before you submit anything. This gives you more ways to answer the next request instead of harvesting plants that do not help the current meter.
When the request appears, submit only plants with that trait. If you have a mutated plant that also matches the request, it can provide extra Fall Bloom progress. Save those plants for the contribution when the extra progress is useful, but do not treat a mutation as a substitute for the requested trait.
After the meter completes, collect the random reward and start the next contribution. The reward pool includes:
- Autumn Crate
- Autumn Seed Pack
- Fall Egg
- Fall Crate
- 10 Watering Cans
The first three completed contributions unlock a direct Autumn Seed Pack purchase. Every later completed Bloom gives you another chance at the random reward pool. Because each pack is a separate 4.5% roll, plan for repeated contributions or purchases instead of treating one completed Bloom as enough.
How to grow and farm Grain Lily
Once an Autumn Seed Pack gives you a Grain Lily seed, plant it in your garden like any other crop. Harvest the flowers when the plant is ready, then leave the plant in place. Grain Lily is classified as Multi-Harvest, so the plant remains available for later harvests instead of disappearing after the first collection.
Mutations can increase the value of its flowers, but this guide does not use a fixed sale price or multiplier. Grain Lily farming problems and fixes
The Autumn Seed Pack is still locked
Check that you have completed three Fall Bloom contributions. Speaking to Harvest Spirit alone is not enough. After the third completed Bloom, check the Fall Seed Shop again.
Fall Bloom gave you another item
That result is part of the event's random reward pool. The Bloom reward is not a guaranteed Autumn Seed Pack. Keep using matching plants to complete more Blooms, and use the Fall Seed Shop once the three-contribution unlock is complete.
Fall Bloom progress is not moving
Read the active request beside Harvest Spirit and compare it with the plants you are submitting. A plant only helps when it matches the requested Berry, Fruit, Flower, Vegetable, Tropical, Prickly, or Woody trait. A mutation can add progress, but it does not remove the trait requirement.
The event or Harvest Spirit is missing
Grain Lily is tied to the Fall Market, so check that the event is live in the original Grow a Garden experience. Do not use Grow a Garden 2 as a substitute for this route.
Once the event is available, keep trait-diverse crops ready, complete the three Bloom contributions, and use every Autumn Seed Pack for another Grain Lily roll. When the seed finally drops, keep the Multi-Harvest plant in your garden for repeat harvests.
