To win the Hot Egg Event in Grow a Chicken Fighter, go to the central PIT, grab the Blazing Egg, and still hold it when the three-minute timer reaches zero. Picking it up first does not secure the reward: another player can knock the carrier away and take it.
Hold the Blazing Egg when the three-minute timer ends
You may also see the event called Hot Event or Hot Eggs. Watch the live event banner or countdown, then enter the central PIT when it starts. A Blazing Egg appears at a random spot shortly after the event begins, so do not camp one spawn point.
The round lasts three minutes and has one winner: whoever holds the egg when the timer ends. Fireballs appear over red warning areas on the floor. Move out before impact, because a hit can knock the carrier down and make the egg change hands. The winner receives the Blazing Egg and a Coin payout.
Do not confuse the Blazing Egg with the separate Golden Goose event, which is another central-pit coin event with its own rules.

Wait out the scramble and make your grab in the final seconds
A late push is usually safer than fighting over the egg for all three minutes. Use this order:
- Choose a ready fighter. Send your best available chicken into the PIT to pressure the current carrier. No named chicken is mandatory.
- Wait through the opening scramble. Keep your fighter out of avoidable red zones while other players contest the egg. Collect burnt scrap if it is safe to reach.
- Track the carrier. Follow the player holding the Blazing Egg and watch for a fireball, knockback, or failed escape to open a gap.
- Make the main push late. Enter around the final 15 seconds, use your chicken's attacks to create a knockback window, and grab the egg when the carrier loses position.
- Dodge after the pickup. Move away from every red warning zone and keep moving inside the PIT. Standing still gives a fireball an easy target.
- Hold it through zero. Stop chasing extra fights once the egg is yours. Protect your position until the timer closes.
If a stronger player keeps the egg, collect burnt scrap and use the Recycler for Coins instead of forcing every contest. It does not award the Blazing Egg, but it still gives you a Coin payout.
A visual walkthrough of the late grab and Blazing Egg route:
Check your Flock after the event closes
When the timer ends, open Flock and look for the Blazing Egg in your inventory. It is ready to open there.
Golden Goose is a possible hatch result, not a chicken you receive directly from the event. The Grow a Chicken Fighter eggs collection covers the hatch step, and the Fusion guide helps you prepare for another contest.
