A Sovereign Relic is a rare item in Fisch, the fishing game on Roblox, that adds a Sovereign enchant to your fishing rod. You can catch one in glowing beam pools during Sovereign events, buy one from a shop, or earn one from a challenge reward. You use it at the Keeper's Altar, and only while a Power Burst is active.
| Source | Chance or price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Fishing in open water | 1 in 10,000 (0.01%) | Works anywhere, but the odds are very low |
| Sovereign Beam Pool during Sovereign Surge, Storm, or Reckoning | 1 in 150 (about 0.67%) | 1 in 75 with the Relic Construct companion |
| Rare Goods Dealer | 5,000 S$ | Shady Bazaar, only when in stock |
| Kaito's weekly shop | 500,000 C$ | Appears in the shop with a 3.371% chance |
| Daily Challenger | 1 in 50 (2%) | Reward chance |
| Weekly Challenger | 1 in 12.5 (8%) | Reward chance |
How to Catch a Sovereign Relic in Beam Pools
Open water can give you a Sovereign Relic, but at 1 in 10,000 per catch, it's too slow to count on. The glowing Sovereign Beam Pools are where the odds improve. They appear during Sovereign Surge, Sovereign Storm, and Sovereign Reckoning, and each catch inside a pool has a 1 in 150 chance, about 67 times the open-water rate.
Fish inside the beam, because that's where the 1 in 150 rate applies. If you own the Relic Construct companion, the odds inside a beam double to 1 in 75.
How to Buy or Earn a Sovereign Relic From Shops and Challenges
Buying skips the odds, but stock is limited. The Rare Goods Dealer at the Shady Bazaar sells a Sovereign Relic for 5,000 S$ (Shady Scrip) when it has one in stock. Kaito's weekly shop sells one for 500,000 C$, but the relic only appears there with a 3.371% chance, so it's a long shot.
Challenger rewards are the other option. The Daily Challenger's rewards include a Sovereign Relic at a 1 in 50 (2%) chance, and the Weekly Challenger's at 1 in 12.5 (8%). Both are small odds, so treat them as bonus chances rather than your main plan.
How to Reach the Keeper's Altar in Fisch
The Keeper's Altar sits inside the Sovereignty Mines, and the route runs through the Enchanted Crevice. Follow these steps from the Statue of Sovereignty.
- Go to the Statue of Sovereignty near Moosewood and enter the Sovereignty Mines.
- Skip the elevator and take the small passage beside it. It leads into the Enchanted Crevice.
- In the Crevice, find the Keeper Warden near the pond. You'll pass this spot on every trip to the altar, which makes it the place to pick up Keeper quests.
- Head south through the tunnel to reach the Keeper's Altar.
How to Reach Keeper Level 1
Keeper XP comes from quests given by the Keeper Warden, so start there. The altar won't use a Sovereign Relic until you reach Keeper Level 1, which is the minimum level.

How to Use a Sovereign Relic at the Keeper's Altar
A Sovereign Relic only works during a Power Burst, a rare event at the altar. When it starts, the pillars around the altar rise, and one of them shows an offering slot. Each pillar holds one relic at a time, and the number of pillars you fill decides which enchant group you can roll.

| Pillars filled | Enchant group | Keeper Level needed | Relics unlocked at that level |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Crown | Level 1 | Enchant Relics |
| 2 | Might | Level 2 | Exalted and Cosmic Relics |
| 3 | Spirit | Level 3 | Twisted Relics |
| — | Secondary enchants | Level 4 | Limited, event, and quest relics |
- Wait for a Power Burst, when the pillars around the altar are raised.
- Equip the rod you want to upgrade. The enchant goes to the rod you have equipped.
- Place a regular Enchant Relic into a pillar first. The altar needs it before any other relic, so keep one in your inventory.
- Add the other eligible relics your target group needs, one per pillar. Use the table to match the group you want.
- Stand at the central altar and use the Sovereign Relic with your rod equipped. The enchant rolls onto that rod, which becomes a Keeperbound rod.

Each group has three enchants: Steady, Glimmering, and Stonewake Crown; Immortal, Magnitude, and Swift Might; and Menacing, Starforged, and Propensity Spirit.
