Dress to Impress Scarlet Doll Quest: How to Get All 5 Gems

Collect five gems in Dress to Impress Free Play, then open the beach cave chest to unlock the Scarlet Doll. The Red, Purple/Pink, Blue, Yellow, and Green quests can be completed in any order. Purple and Pink are two names for the same gem, so you only need five quests.

The story connects with Lana's quests, clues, and rewards. After you claim the cosmetic, Dressing Booths lets you manage it with your saved outfits.

Start the quest in Free Play

Use the Teleport control to enter Free Play. The normal round flow is not part of this quest, and you do not need Robux.

Older 2025 walkthroughs show stage lights, a hanging plant, a school book, and different lantern tasks. Use the 2026 route below instead.

Complete the five gem quests in Free Play

Red Gem: Reach 35 points

Go past Scarlet, cross the water, and climb the hill with the bird. Interact with it to start the ring challenge.

1. Guide the bird through the rings until the score reaches 35 points.
2. Take yellow rings when they line up safely. Each one gives three points.
3. Finish the challenge and collect the Red Gem.

Purple/Pink Gem: Bring the Beach Ball

Speak to the NPC at the beach volleyball court near the cave.

1. Return to the Dressing Room and equip the soccer or football prop.
2. Change the prop's style to Beach Ball.
3. Go back to the court and start the activity.
4. Stand in the blue circles and hit 20 incoming beach balls. Coconuts can stun you, but one bonk does not end the activity.
5. Pick up the Purple/Pink Gem to the left of the net.

Blue Gem: Complete the hammer-to-fountain chain

Start at Lana's mint-green beach house.

1. Climb the ladder and take the hammer from the upper shelves.
2. Use the hammer on the giant coconut near the fruit stall or shop.
3. Pick up the coin that drops from the coconut.
4. Take the coin to the fountain in the snowy Recording Studio scene to receive the Blue Gem.

Yellow Gem: Light five lanterns

Find and interact with these five unlit lanterns. Use the landmarks rather than compass directions: they are easier to spot as you move around the map.

1. Outside the Recording Studio, on the connected building's gray wall.
2. Beside the orange house reached from the left stairs or path by the studio.
3. On the blue house near the Free Play entrance.
4. Beside the orange house with the yellow and green flags by the door.
5. On the pink house beside the road toward the beach.

After the fifth lantern is lit, collect the Yellow Gem near the main stairs.

Green Gem: Find the Backrooms doorway

Near Scarlet, look toward the tunnel and rocks for the drawn and taped doorway. It leads into the Backrooms.

1. Enter the Backrooms through the doorway.
2. Pass the chairs and follow the path to the runway.
3. Follow the left and right turns, then stay along the wall until you reach the Lana cardboard cutout.
4. Enter the hidden door near the cutout.
5. Dig at the spots inside. Fake gems disappear, so collect the real Green Gem that remains.

Enter the cave and claim the Scarlet Doll

Open the cave

After collecting all five gems, return to the cave on the beach near Scarlet and look for its heart-marked entrance.

Follow the bubbles and floating objects on the left to reach the reward room.

Claim the Scarlet Doll

Open the chest at the end of the cave route.

The chest grants the Scarlet Doll reward. Depending on your build, you may see it as Scarlet, Captain Scarlet, or a Lana Doll toggle in the UI. The separate seven-chest Scarlet Treasure Hunt is not part of this five-gem cave quest.
