WEBFISHING is a social fishing game on Steam where you catch fish, sell them for cash, and fish alongside other players online. Its Steam achievements are milestones that unlock as you play, from landing your first catch to reaching the top rank and filling your fish journal. Each one appears on your Steam profile the moment you earn it. Players can collect every one and keep track of them in the game.

How WEBFISHING Steam Achievements Work
Each achievement unlocks by itself the moment you reach its goal, so there's nothing to claim or turn in. The goals follow everyday play: catching fish, climbing ranks, upgrading your camp, holding a lot of money at once, and filling your fish journal. You earn them as you play, so you don't need to chase them in a special way.
The early goals are the easiest to earn. The journal achievements and the top rank are the hardest, so they take steady play and planning. Working through the easier ones first is a good way to learn the game before you go after those.
How to Earn the Fishing Achievements
First Steps asks for only a single catch, which makes it the natural first goal. It's also a good way to get comfortable with the reeling minigame before the bigger goals. Fishing Expert asks for a large total of catches, so it rewards steady time at the water more than a lucky streak.
Fishing needs bait, and some lures can save a little of it now and then. Keep a stock on hand so you're not stuck restocking in the middle of a session.
Fishing Buddies from the Fishing Store can keep fishing for you while you're busy elsewhere, which adds to your total catches.
How Rank Achievements Work
Rank grows from catching fish and completing quests, so steady fishing and regular quests both move you up. Rarer and bigger fish give more rank XP than common, small ones, so good catches push you along faster.
Tenderfoot is the early milestone, and Life Scout takes a steady stretch of play to reach. Voyager is the top rank and the long-term goal, so it's the target to build toward over time.
How Camp Tier Achievements Work
Known Camper, Memorable Camper, and Favorite Camper all follow your camp tier, which you raise by spending money. Known Camper comes first, Memorable Camper next, and Favorite Camper last. Each upgrade also opens new shop items, and the bait licenses are the upgrades that matter most for fishing.
Crickets and leeches are open from the start, while minnows, squid, nautiluses, and gilded worms wait behind camp upgrades. Better bait gives you a better shot at rarer fish, so camp progress and the fish journal go hand in hand.
How to Earn the Big Wallet Achievement
Big Wallet asks you to hold a large amount of money in your pocket at the same time. It looks at what you're carrying at that moment, not the total you've earned over time, so you need to save rather than spend as money comes in.
Fishing is the main source of money, and selling your catches is the most direct way to build cash. Bigger and higher-quality fish sell for more, so better catches fill your wallet faster. Quests pay too, with bigger rewards for higher-level quests, and the Metal Detector and scratch-off tickets also add to your total.
Spending works against this goal. Rod upgrades, lures, and camp upgrades all cost money, so decide when to spend and when to hold.
How to Earn the Spectral Secret Achievement
Spectral Secret is the only hidden achievement on Steam, so its name and details stay concealed until you earn it. The goal is to obtain the Spectral Rod, and the hunt for it is the part that takes exploring.
You need every Spectral Bone first, and they're scattered around the map. Once you have them all, head to the Spectral Hand, a shop located behind a waterfall. It won't do business with you until you've found every bone, and buying the rod from it is what unlocks the achievement.
How to Complete the Journal Full Achievements
There's a Journal Full achievement for each quality: normal, shining, glistening, opulent, radiant, and alpha. Each one asks you to catch every fish of that quality, so you'll work through the whole list once for each. Quality is a random roll, and your bait sets the odds, with pricier baits giving better shots at the rarer qualities.
Not every bait can roll every quality. Worms only catch the easier fish and never give anything above normal, so the normal journal still needs crickets or better for the harder fish. Some fish also need special conditions, such as rain, before they'll show up at all, so plan to fish in those conditions too.
FAQ
Which bait do I need for the Alpha Journal Full achievement?
Only nautilus and gilded worm bait can roll alpha fish, and both licenses open at Camp Tier 3, the upgrade that earns Memorable Camper. Squid and the cheaper baits can't roll alpha at all, so fishing with them won't fill that journal entry.
Where can I find the Spectral Bones?
They're spread across the map rather than sitting in one spot. Some are on ledges near the dock shop, while others are farther north near the lighthouse and river. Most of those spots need blue jump mushrooms, which bounce you up high enough to reach them.
