Slime RNG items split into three everyday uses. Food feeds slimes for XP, Potions change a short session buff, and Dice force or reward the next roll.

How to spend items cleanly
Items work best when they match the part of the loop you are actually playing. Food should go into slimes you plan to keep or fight with. Potions are worth saving until you can use the full 3-minute buff window. Dice should be used right before a roll where the guaranteed mutation or Jackpot reward matters.
- Feed low-XP food when a slime only needs a small level push.
- Save higher-XP food, such as Pizza, Chicken, and Drumstick, for slimes you expect to keep using.
- Start Luck, Roll Speed, or Coin Boost potions before an active rolling or farming session.
- Use mutation dice one at a time, since BIG, HUGE, Shiny, and Inverted Dice do not stack.
- Treat Jackpot Dice separately from mutation dice because it points at Jackpot Wheel rewards instead of a normal mutation result.
Quick item plan
| Item type | What it changes | Best timing | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Food | Slime XP | When a kept slime needs levels | Feeding every duplicate just because food is available |
| Potions | Luck, roll speed, or coin gain | During a focused 3-minute roll or farm window | Starting a potion before walking away |
| Dice | The next roll or Jackpot result | Right before a roll outcome matters | Trying to stack mutation dice |
Why Power Fruits are separate
Power Fruits use a different system from Food, Potions, and Dice. They have spawn chances, powers, upgrade notes, and one-fruit restrictions, so they belong with slime powers instead of normal consumables.
How to Use This Slime RNG Items List
Each item type points to a different decision: feed a slime, start a timed buff, or control the next roll. XP belongs to Food, Buff and Duration belong to Potions, and Next roll plus Rule belong to Dice.
FAQ
How many normal Slime RNG items are Food, Potions, and Dice?
Slime RNG has 18 normal consumables in this group: 9 Food items, 4 Potions, and 5 Dice. Power Fruits use a separate slime-power system.
How long do potions last in Slime RNG?
Potion buffs last 3 minutes, so they work best when you are already ready to roll or farm.
Do mutation dice stack?
Mutation dice do not stack. Use BIG Dice, HUGE Dice, Shiny Dice, or Inverted Dice one at a time when you want that next-roll mutation.
Which Slime RNG food gives the most XP?
Drumstick gives the highest listed food value at +275 XP.
Why do some item lists show fruit names like Apple or Carrot?
Those fruit names belong to an older food naming set from before Power Fruits split into their own system. The normal Food set uses renamed items such as Cheese, Egg, Fries, Taco, Hotdog, and Burger.
