How Bonus Jobs Work in PowerWash Simulator

Because the main story doesn't depend on them, you can skip Bonus Jobs without holding back your progress. Each one comes with only a limited set of equipment, so you work with what that job gives you. Bonus Co-op mode lets up to six players take on a job together, which is handy if you want to clean with friends.

Original Bonus Jobs and Where They Came From

The original Bonus Jobs started out as Specials, a separate group of extra jobs. Mars Rover was the first of them. The Steam Locomotive, Gnome Fountain and Mini Golf Course came later, and the community voted for all three to be added. These were moved into Bonus Jobs in a later update, so they now sit alongside the Muckingham Files.

What Are the Muckingham Files?

The Muckingham Files are a series of free story updates that add new Bonus Jobs, places and characters to PowerWash Simulator. They came out in six parts, and each part brings its own story and its own places to clean. The sixth part was the game's final content update.

How to Get Each Muckingham Files Part

Parts 1 and 2 are built into the base game, so you have them as soon as you own PowerWash Simulator. Parts 3 through 6 are free separate downloads from your store, and each one needs the base game to play.

Side Hustle Achievement

Finishing any one Bonus Job earns the Side Hustle achievement, which is a trophy on PlayStation. You only need to complete one job to get it, so you don't have to finish the whole collection first. The achievement used to be called Specialist.
